They let go slowly and Arthur let his forehead rest against Dennis his one.
Both of them have a smile on their face.
His eyes are caught in Dennis his gaze all over again.
Arthur backs down a bit and his smile get even bigger when he sees Dennis his whole face. He let out a cuckle and leans forward. His head rest against Dennis his shoulder and the other man wraps his arms around Arthur's shoulders and neck. Dennis puts his face close against Arthur's.
"You okay?" Whispers Dennis.
"More than okay" says Arthur.
He feels a finger under his chin, he looks up and his face is accompanied to Dennis's face. Only for their lips to meet again.
Arthur smiles into the kiss, and they slowly let go and Arthur lays his head back against Dennis his shoulder.
"Are you okay?'' Asks Arthur back.
A kiss is pressed at his forehead.
"I am." Says Dennis.
"Are we okay?" Asks Arthur, and he hears how Dennis let out cuckle.
"We have time to stay here for a bit, right?" Asks Dennis.
"I've nothing planned. We have all the time." Says Arthur.
"Great." Says Dennis and leans more against Arthur.
Arthur can't get the big smile off from his face.
He feels warm.
He feels safe.
It's been a really long time since he felt like this. Like no one can touch him.
"I can't believe this happend." Says Arthur.
"What? Us?" Asks Dennis and Arthur looks up and go to sit straight.
"Yes, us." Says Arthur, he moves closer to Dennis's body, their legs intertwined. He grabs Dennis his hands and pulls it on his own lap.
"I really like you Dennis." Says Arthur. "And it has taken a lot of time for me to realize, but thinking back, you have always been the reason." Says Arthur.
"To what?''
"That I felt safe around you. I was scared how you made me feel safe, and loved when I look back at it. You were the reason that I found myself back." Says Arthur and Dennis smiles softly but shakes his head.
"No, you found yourself back, I did not do that. But it has been weird how everything has been between us from the start. You came into my life and haven't left my thought ever since." Says Dennis. And Arthur laughs.
"Your poor head." Says Arthur and Dennis shook his head.
"No, not my poor head." Says Dennis and Arthur smiles.
"I really like you too, Arthur." Says Dennis and his thump goes up and down on Arthur's hand.
"I feel like a teenager, oh my god." Laughs Arthur and leans his head forehead against their hands.
"I can't believe you feel the same way." Says Dennis and Arthur looks at him.
"But I do, and now you know." Says Arthur, he softly lays a hand on Dennis his cheek.
"I know now." Says Dennis.
"I've told Charles, that I like you." Says Arthur.
"You did?" Asks Dennis surprised.
