Sneaky Link

It's been a about a week it's now October. Time is actually going by too quickly. I've started my classes earlier last week.

Billie hasn't texted me and obviously I wasn't going to text first but I did unblock her.

Now I sat in my room listening to this professor talk. I took notes and highlighted shit I thought would be important. Next to me was my joint which was now put out.

"And that will be all for today class. Read the following chapter by next week. There isn't any tests just sheets to see what you guys might have missed or misinterpreted. I will see you guys in two days for lab. Okay that's all bye". I turned my mic on and said goodbye before leaving the zoom call.

I was in my boring era as Sandy said. Just because I didn't go to a club with them on Monday. MONDAY.

I sat in my room for like four hours catching up and getting ahead of some of the homework. I guess my frontal lobe is developing. Let's not talk about getting older. Nasty gross disgusting topic.

I laid on my bed once I finished all the assignments. I did not want to go to lab because everyone was too damn quiet. And so boring and just made me feel bad for the professor who actually gave a fuck about their teachings.

Anyways I scrolled on my phone with Arlo by my side.

Then I heard my phone ding.

Billie Eilish - heyy

I didn't respond immediately. I'm learning. But I stared at her message for a while. To stop myself from replying I decided to take Arlo on a walk.

"Where you headed to". Ellie mumbled out. She was spread across her couch. "Hey miss hangover". I smiled grabbing a glsss of water for her. "Shut up, thank you". I handed her the glass and two Advils.

"I'm taking Arlo on a walk", I grabbed his things from the box that contained a lot of his things. He had at least two boxes just of his stuff. He better feel loved.

"Can you get me some food"? She smiled. Her eyes looked swollen. She must have really gotten fucked up last night. "Yeah just let me know what. I won't be long". I smiled goodbye and waved.

We drove to the park. Listening to a new song I made at Quens last week. Not my favorite but I loved the lyrics. It needed more of something but I am too busy to try to figure it out now.

I put Arlo on his leash and we walked around. There was an ice cream spot so I stopped for a quick little cone. It was so nice being out of the house. Trust me so grateful for Ellie but she plays her music so loud.

"You're Y/n right"? I looked to me left seeing a girl with black dyed hair.

"Sure am, why"? Her smile widened. "Well I'm a fan of Billie and then I became a fan of your song just want you to feel, so good by the way. I was just wondering if you could get Billie to sign this". She handed me the happier than ever album. I couldn't tell her Billie and I don't talk like that anymore. Damn look at me PR trained and shit.

"And if you could sign this one". She had a printed out copy of my face. It was so actually a little insane but cool. I smiled. "Is this from my instagram"? I asked smiling and taking the last bite of my cone. "Yessss, you don't do photoshoots or anything so that's the only thing us fans have".

"You're talking like there's more than you". I laughed. She had a sharpie ready. I just couldn't stop laughing. This was a prank.
