General pov
Jude got up and started to walk away from Connor. Until Connor decided to get up and follow him.
C: Jude I'm sorry I didn't mean to yell.
J: No, nothing you say can change how you feel.
"Jude I'm not letting you leave no matter what." Connor said while grabbing Jude's arm.
J: LET GO.
C: NO, just hear me out.
Quickly after Connor said that he pressed his lips against Jude's until Jude pulled away.
Connor pov
All I could think of doing to make Jude feel better was kiss him so, I did. Now I just waiting for him to say something.
J: Connor...I...I...I can't keep doing this.
I stood there frozen for a moment then asked him what he meant.
J: I mean we can't stay in a relationship if you're going to keep trying to take care of me. You need to take care of yourself.
I stood there thinking about what to say next. Then I finally built up the courage to say sorry. After that I went to go sit down on the bench.
Jude pov
Connor said sorry then walked over to the bench. I guess it's my turn now. So, I decided to walk over to Connor and sit on his lap which he let me do and say sorry.
"Connor, I'm sorry none of this would of happen if I didn't run away. "
"Jude I just thought I was helping but I guess not." He said as he started to cry.
I decided to pull him in and rest his head on my shoulder as I rested my head on top of his.
"It's not your fault, I was just being selfish."
"Jude, I love you and I was just trying to protect you and I thought th-"
I cut him off and pressed my lips against his. When I pulled away all I could say was
"I love you too."
Connor pov
Jude came by me and sat on my lap and said sorry. I didn't realize it tell I said it but, I told him I loved him and he said it back.
I pulled him off my lap and grabbed his hand.
"Follow me."
"Where are we going." he asked with a confused face.
"We're going home wither you like it or not." I said.
I was shocked he didn't pull back or take his hand away. But he did stop when we were halfway there.
"Connor, I'll go back but you have to promise me you won't tell anyone. About us I mean."
"Um...about that...I already told Lena."
"Seriously, then I can't go back."
"Jude you're going back."
"Fine."
"I'll even tuck you into bed."
I kissed him and he smiled.
"What ever you want lover boy."
He then put his head on my shoulder and squeezed my hand tight. I couldn't have asked for anything else.
