"You're a dork." Jude said laughing.
"A dork that loves you." Connor explained turning into an enormous parking lot. Jude rolled his eyes before noticing where they are.
"Oh my god!" He gasped.
"I knew you'd be excited." Connor announced. They got out the car and headed for the SeaWorld entrance.
Connor paid for both of their tickets then they headed towards the different attractions. "What do you want to do first?" He asked swinging Jude's arm back and forth.
"Skyride." Jude said. The Skyride went around the bay side above the ocean. Connor cringed at the word considering he hated heights.
"Do you ever pick anything that's not in the sky?" He asked as he let his body be dragged by Jude.
"You'll be fine. I'll be with you the whole time." Jude explains taking more steps to the long Skyride line. It moved forward slowly, but would occasionally stop so the operators could switch off.
Jude and Connor were now in the front of the line. Jude tried to keep his eagerness in control while Connor was internally screaming with fear on the inside, but on the outside he was completely calm. The Skyride came, and Jude practically jumped inside. Connor took baby steps until he sat next to Jude.
The ride started and they were up in the air. Connor had his eyes squeezed shut. Jude took his own eyesight away from the beautiful sunset to watch Connor. He grabbed his hand and watched as he opened one of his eyes.
"You're cute when you're scared." Jude smiled.
"I'm not scared, the sun is just in my eyes." He lied opening his other eye.
"You're a bad liar." Jude laid his head down on his shoulder. "How can you be scared when you're looking at something as beautiful as that?" He pointed towards the purple and orange sky.
"That's not as beautiful as you." Connor flirted as he practically fantasizes over Jude, who scooted back by the window to see the sea creatures beneath him.
"Look at dolphins!" He squealed. "They're so adorable." Connor smiled sliding closer to Jude. He wrapped an arm around his waist and Jude leaned against his chest as they viewed the sunset and dolphins down below.
The ride finished shortly after. They walked to the gift shop. Within five minutes, Jude and Connor were able to show how childish they were by playing with the little figurines and stuffed animals. Eventually the manager told them to buy something or get out, so Connor bought Jude a stuffed dolphin the size of a tissue box.
They made it back to Connor's car through the darkness. The stormy weather caused their night of fun to be short. A majority of the cars that were there earlier were gone. Inside they sat waiting for the car to warm up. The heater turned on high while the rain and wind blew across the car.
"I'm cold." Jude complained. He had the hood of his jacket on and zipped all the way. He tossed and turned trying to get comfortable and warm.
"Your blanket is in that back." Connor added. He reached into the back seat to grab the fuzzy unicorn blanket. He threw it on top of Jude's lap, then twisted the key in the ignition.
