It's been a week since Connor found out about his dad's girlfriend. He laid quietly sleeping in his warm bed until Jude bursted into the room and jumped on him.
"Wake up, wake up, WAKE UP!!" Jude screamed.
Connor turned slightly to his side.
"Why?" Connor asked with his eyes closed.
"Because it's your birthday."
"Can't my birthday be later, like 3 o'clockish later."
"I'm not letting you sleep all day on your birthday."
Jude heard snoring. He looked down at Connor and saw him sleeping again.
"Connor," He said.
No reply.
"Connor,"
Still no reply.
"CONNOR!!!"
At this point, Jude knew Connor was just ignoring him. He bent down and kissed Connor on the lips.
He felt Connor smile against his lips then kiss back. Jude pulled away and Connor sat up.
"I love you."
"Love you too birthday boy. Now get dressed because I'm taking you out on a birthday adventure."
"You're such a dork sometimes."
"I know but I'm your dork." Jude yelled from the hallway.
Jude ran downstairs, out the door, and pulled out his phone.
Text Convo
J: is everything set
A: yep what time you bringing him over?
J: around six
A: ok see you then
End of Convo
"Who ya texting?" Connor asked.
"Oh just Callie, ready to go?"
Connor nodded and they headed on their way.
First stop: the dry cleaners.
"What are we doing here?" Connor asked.
"Lena wants me to run some errands for her, but I didn't wanna miss hanging out with you on your birthday, so i thought why not do both."
"I guess that makes sense."
"I promise it's only like a couple more places."

Hours had passed and it would be a lie to say Connor was having a fun time. They went from the dry cleaners to the store. From the store to Anchor beach to get some papers for Lena. Jude was now finally done with his errands.
"Ok I have a present for you."
"What is it?"
"I'm not telling you until we get there, so put this blind fold on and sit back."
"Do I have to?" Connor whined.
"If you want your present, then yes."
Connor sighed then tied the blind fold around his eyes. Jude waved his hand real close to Connor's face to make sure he couldn't see.
They drove for about ten minutes before they were there.
"Ok were here but leave you blind fold on and I'll guide you to where we are going."
Jude got out the car then helped Connor get out. Jude grabbed his hand and lead him to the stopping place.
"Ok take it off."
Connor reached up and pulled the blind fold off. He looked around and saw Stef, Lena, and Adam standing next to him
"What are we doing here?"
