Connor Pov
I felt tears running down my face. It was kinda hard to sleep on my right side because of what my dad did. I still can't believe why he would do this to me. I get that his only child and all but, he doesn't have to be so harsh. I ended up crying myself to sleep. If my dad could only see what Jude means to me.
(7:45 am; Saturday Morning)
I wake up to the light of the sun shining through my window. My eyes sting but I wake up anyways. I walk downstairs to see my dad making waffles and bacon. I really don't feel like talking to him right now so, I just open the refrigerator and pull out the orange juice.
Adam Pov
Connor is finally awake and he walks downstairs. I feel bad that I hit him but he disobeyed me. I told him he couldn't hang out with Jude but he didn't listen.
A: Hey Bud, I'm sorry about what I did but you wouldn't listen to me. C: Yea, because what happened was completely my fault. I'm sorry dad but I got to go.
Tears start to run down his face and I start to walk over to him to comfort him. But I can see he doesn't want to talk to me by this: "Dad, I thought you loved me and would do anything for me but obviously you don't love me for me. So, I gonna go to a person who does love me for me." That's the last thing he says to me before walking out of the house. I guess you can say I really messed up this time.
Connor Pov
All I could do when I left my house was cry...well more than I already was. I love Jude and nobody was going to change that. Suddenly I got a text from Jude.
Text Convo
Jude: Hey wanna go to the mall.
Connor: Sure!
Jude: Good because I want to talk to you about something.
Connor: Is everything okay?
Jude: Not really... Just meet me at the mall.
He's acting really weird but I don't want to make waves so, I grabbed my skateboard and skated over to meet Jude.
Jude Pov
I'm walking to the mall to meet with Connor. I going to break up with him. I don't want to come in between him and his dad. Like they say "If you love something, you'll set them free" and that's exactly what I have to do.
General Pov
Jude and Connor met up with each other and decided to go somewhere more private to talk.
C: So...what did you want to talk about?
J: Um...well...Connor I love you and I noticed that lately you and your dad haven't been getting along and I know it is my fault so, we have to break up.
C: Break Up but, Jude I love you more than life.
J: Connor, I love you too but, we aren't meant to be together.
Jude got up and ran home. Once he got there he locked himself in his bedroom. This is when he starts to regret what just happened.
Meanwhile Connor stomped into his house. He saw his dad sitting on the couch. That's when Connor blows up in his face.
C: I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU! BECAUSE OF YOU JUDE JUST BROKE UP WITH ME! I THOUGHT YOU WANTED ME TO BE HAPPY BUT NO ALL YOU CARE ABOUT IS YOUR OWN FREAKIN' SELF. JUST LEAVE ME ALONE!
Connor ran up to his room and slammed the door crying. Connor thought to his self: He was going to make things right. So, he texted Jude and told him to meet him at the movies tomorrow. He knew Jude hated scary movies so when they are at the movies they will watch a scary movie and Jude will jump into Connor's arms and He would comfort Jude. If only things were that simple.
Jude Pov
I got a text from Connor telling me to meet him at the movies. He seems to be taking this very well. There's only one problem I already had plans with the new kid John. So, I text him back telling him that. I hope he isn't too disappointed.
Connor Pov
Jude texted me back telling me he had plans with the new kid John. But that wasn't going to stop me from getting my Jude back. I just hope this John person doesn't try and make a move on Jude.
