John Pov
Right now I'm walking to the movies with Jude. I thought it was really great that he volunteered to show me to some of the fun places in San Diego. I previously lived on a farm in Texas. Anyways, I now know that this big move was the right idea.
John: hey Jude, thanks again for showing me around.
Jude: No prob. I needed a break anyways.
John: why
Jude: me and my boyfriend just broke up
John: oh...sorry
Jude: Don't worry about it
Jude Pov
I was talking to John when I got a Text

?: hey remember me?
J: how could I forget.
?: Meet me at the park tonight.
J: Why
?: you'll see just meet me.

Ugh, why can't this person leave me alone. If I was going to get him/her to leave me alone I was going to need help.
I decided to just enjoy the rest of my time with John and forget about it.
Connor pov
I can't stop thinking about Jude so, I walk to the mall to see him. When I get there I see John and Jude talking. I couldn't "help" to overhear them.
"Hey can we see a scary movie?"
"Yea...um...sure."
Why would Jude agree to watch a scary movie he gets scared easily. Especially since they were going to see the new movie about a foster kid who is adopted by these creepy people and they try and kill him. I walked up to them. Jude said hi and asked if I wanted to see the movie with him. Even though we aren't dating anymore, we're still best friends. I say yes. We walk into the theater and sit in the back. It was a two hour movie and about thirty minutes in I could see Jude shivering.
"Jude are you okay?" I ask.
"Yes...no...yes...nope I definitely mean No."
"Ok, I'm right here for you."
"Thanks."
I wasn't going to leave Jude side. Suddenly the theater gets darker as the foster parents jump up with a knife and try and kill the little boy. That's when I noticed Jude about to cry.
C: Jude come here.
J: no, we're not dating anymore.
C: I don't care we're still best friends.
Without another word Jude came and sat on my lap and put his head into my shoulder knowing what happens next in the movie. I pat his back and ask: Jude do you wanna leave. He shakes his head and we tell John that Jude is a foster kid and the movie was freaking him out. John said it was ok so we leave.
Jude pov
I'm so glad Connor was there. I really needed someone to lean on. We walked to the park and a sudden burst of words come out of me: Connor I'm so sorry I broke up with you I just thought if I let you go it wouldn't hurt as much as if you broke up with me and I didn't like the fact that your dad would hit you and if you weren't there just barely at the movies I would've had to sit through that horrible movie."
"Jude breathe. I would never leave you over something my dad was doing, I love you."
"I love you more." I say. Just then I got the chills and thought I would faint.
Connor pov
Jude just told me he loved me then started to freak out. I wrapped my jacket around him and asked him what was wrong. Before he could answer I realized why he was freaking out.
C: Jude, you know that movie isn't real right. The Adams-Fosters love you.
J: I know but that movie made me remember about old foster homes.
C: I will not let anyone hurt you.
J: thanks, by the way that person texted me again and told me to meet them him tonight.
C: Ok then, that's exactly what we'll do. I will not leave your side.
He smiled then we sat on a bench and he fell asleep on my shoulder. Everything was right until a voice called from in front of us waking and scary Jude. I grabbed his hand and held it tight. This person was the last person that I expected who would be there and that was Taylor.
