"Judicorn, I'm sorry." Jude sat on his bed with his arms crossed glaring at Connor.
"I trusted you."
"I know, and I'm sorry."
"Do you promise to never do it again?"
"Yes, I promise to never eat pancakes without you again."
"Good." Jude kissed his boyfriend's cheek. "I forgive you." Jude let his body fall into Connor's lap.
"Pancakes have changed you."
"No they haven't."
"You were just mad at me for an hour because I ate them without you."
"That's cause you should know better."
"I feel like you love pancakes more than me."
"Well duh!"
"I feel used."
"That's because as long as I do what you want you'll always buy pancakes."
"Jude!"
I'm kidding. I wuv you." Jude said in a childish voice.
"I wuv you too." Connor imitated Jude's voice then kissed his lips.
They watched a bunch of movies until Connor fell asleep.

"What do you want for your birthday?" Connor asked Jude. Jude leaned over the bathroom counter trying to put in a contact lens.
"I don't know."
"That doesn't help me." Connor sighed.
"I can't think about anything until I get this stupid contact in." Jude kept poking his eye.
"Just wear your glasses."
"No, they make me look like a nerd."
"You are a nerd." Jude ignored Connor and continued to try and put his contact in.
"I give up." He gave in after five minutes.
"You're going to wear your glasses?"
"No, I'm just not wearing contacts today."
"But aren't you legally blind?"
"I can still see, just not far." Jude started to walk out the bathroom door that led to the hallway with Connor following behind. He turned right instead of left walking to the stairs instead of his room. Connor stopped him quickly.
"What." Jude said pulling out of Connor's grip.
"I didn't think you wanted to fall down the stairs."
Jude rubbed his eyes trying to bring the stairs into focus, but he still didn't see them.
"Here, just wear them today. We're not going anyway, so no one has to see my little nerd." Connor laughed.
"Ha ha ha, very funny." Jude took his glasses out of Connor's hand. Slowly and hesitantly he put them on.
"How do I look?"
"Sexy."
"You're just saying that."
"Ok you caught me Judicorn." Connor sighed. "You actually look like a pig."
"Hey!"
"Then stop complaining. You look like your beautiful little Judicorn self." Connor cupped Jude's cheeks and kissed him. "Now answer my question, what do you want for your birthday?"
"Pancakes." Jude responded flatly.
"Besides that."
"Nothing I guess. I just want to spend the day with you."
