Lucy's still out of it. I've been keeping her hydrated, but she barely responds to anything.
Bailey Nune:
Is she doing any better?
Celina Juarez:
No. She looks worse, honestly.
Angela Lopez:
Should we come over?
Celina Juarez:
Not yet. I'm gonna give her some space for now. She's sleeping.
(A few minutes later...)
Tamara Collins:
Hey, I just got home. How's Lucy?
Celina Juarez:
Not great. She's been sleeping a lot, and she's super pale.
Tamara Collins:
I'm heading over now.
Bailey Nune:
Should we call her doctor again?
Celina Juarez:
She's already seen a doctor, but I think I'll make a call soon.
(A few minutes later...)
Celina Juarez:
Tamara's here.
Tamara Collins:
She's really not looking good, huh?
Celina Juarez:
No. Just saw her trying to sit up, but she's super dizzy.
Tamara Collins:
Let me check on her.
(Short pause...)
Tamara Collins:
Celina, I need you to listen to me. She just threw up.
Celina Juarez:
Wait, what?
Tamara Collins:
Blood. She's throwing up blood.
Bailey Nune:
What the hell?
Tamara Collins:
I'm calling 911.
Angela Lopez:
Get her to a hospital, now.
Nyla Harper:
Celina, what's going on?
Celina Juarez:
Nyla, it's bad. She's throwing up blood.
Nyla Harper:
Oh my God.
Tamara Collins:
I'm on it. I've already called an ambulance.
Celina Juarez:
She's telling me she doesn't want to go to the ER.
Nyla Harper:
Of course she doesn't. But she has to.
Tamara Collins:
She's not thinking clearly right now. We need to get her to the hospital.
Celina Juarez:
I'm staying with her until the paramedics get here.
Bailey Nune:
Is she awake now?
Celina Juarez:
Barely. She's delirious. I'm trying to get her to stay awake.
Tamara Collins:
She keeps saying she's fine, but I can tell she's not.
Nyla Harper:
Tell her if she doesn't go, she's only going to make it worse.
(A few minutes later...)
Celina Juarez:
Paramedics are here. They're taking her in. I'm going with her.
Angela Lopez:

Bailey Nune:

Tamara Collins:
She's in good hands.
Nyla Harper:
Stay strong. Let us know what the doctors say.
