18. HALLOWEEN NIGHT

"You promised we would watch a movie tonight." and Kai was right, but you had changed your mind.

"We catch horror films all the time, it's like a never ending cycle." you argue, hoping to convince him to watch something else. He sat up properly on the Salvortore couch, "Remember when you made me watch episode after episode of Gossip Girl, and every time I begged you turn it off you said no. So I made you promise me that next time we watched television it would be my pick?"
You turn your head slightly to hide your smile. Kai brushes your chin with his index finger playfully teasing, "Exactly." he smirks.

You toss your head towards his direction, staring at him lugubriously. Usually, your saddened eyes and pouted lip made his shoulder slouch in regret. Kai would do anything to make you gleeful, because he loved you so much.
Even through Kai loved you he maintained a straight face, not one single grin was to be found. You knew you wouldn't be able to win this argument so you crossed your arms over your chest, and plopped back in your seat.

"The almighty Kai wins once again." he cheered as if he had won a triumphant. You rolled your eyes playfully, puffing under your breathe childishly.

"I'll make the popcorn." you volunteers, as Kai got the movie together. After the popcorn was made and the movie began, Kai cuddled with you just in case you got scared.
