KAI PARKER IMAGINES
52. THE DRINKING GAME 2/2
Previously: You and the gang head back to the Boarding house to play a drinking game. The six of you were split into teams, you were paired with Kai. Who layer made a bet with you that if you and him lost the game you would have to go on a date with him. Kai purposely made you two lose in order to win the bet, but there was nothing you could do because you guys were teammates.

The door bell rang, and Damon stood up from the sofa to answer it. You quickly ran into the living room, speed walking towards the door.
You were a little too drunk to use your vamp speed because you didn't want to run into anything.
The reasoning for your drinking was because you were going on a date with Kai. The date could go two ways, horribly wrong or you end up falling for Kai.
You weren't looking forward to either of those and figured if you were drunk, you wouldn't really remember what happened.
Damon extended his hand out to open the door as you failed miserably to beat him to it. You began waving your hands around trying to get Damon's attention, "Damon!" you whispered loudly, hyperventilating uncontrollably.
You were getting bourbon all over the floor, which made Damon clench in annoyance. He didn't know why you were acting so weird, well besides the fact that Kai was going to take you on a date.
But Damon was more annoyed with the fact that Kai came to the boarding house to pick you up.
"What?" you whispered back loudly, clenching his fist at the repeated bongs the doorbell made.
You motioned for him to get away from the door because you didn't want to go on the date. Damon leaned against the door frame, staring blankly at you as the doorbell continued to ring.
Damon kept smirking at you, as you shook your head. He was going to open the door regardless if you begged him, so you quickly set the bottle of bourbon down.
And he opened the front door for Kai you ran your fingers through your hair. And glanced down at your long dress, making sure you still looked good.
You thought about rushing upstairs and making it look like you were up there the whole entire time.
But you couldn't use your vamp speed to get upstairs because then Kai would see you. Damon allowed Kai in and closed the door behind himself, you stood awkwardly in front of the bourbon set all along the table.
Kai entered the living room, already annoying Damon as usual. "It's like the 18th century vomited all over your living room." he jokes, playfully.
Damon grins in annoyance, "Correction 19 century.... 1914 to be exact." he snips, back.
Kai smiles forcibly at Damon then acknowledges you, "You look pulchritudinous, by the way." he compliments, as he approached you.
You smiled back, at him. It was a genuine one considering you hardly ever smiled at him without it being forced. You had a bit of atelophobia which made keeping relationships with others difficult. But with Kai it came naturally, he made you feel good.
Damon mumbled, "Pulchritudinous?" he laughs, tilting his head at your date.
Kai stares at you as he sighs, then slowly rolls his eyes as he turns to face Damon. "It means beautiful, Damon. It's like saying.... Damon you exasperate me." he explains, laughing in the same teasing matter Damon did.
Damon stares at him, which causes Kai to think that he doesn't know what exasperate means.
Kai parts his lips, "Exasperate means to irritate intensely, infur --" but Damon cuts him off, "I know what it means." he snaps, clearly no longer playing that game with Kai anymore.
You glare at the guys, figuring that was the cue it was time for you and Kai to leave. You knew the guys could go all night shouting and annoying each other, which you would rather not happen.
"Okay, Kai let's go." you sing nervously as the two stared at each other. You stood beside Kai would wasn't even acknowledging you, so to get his attention you intwined your hands in his.
Immediately his eyes made their way to your's and he smiled at you, then back at Damon.
"Have a good night." Kai smiles, as you and him left.

"I don't think Damon really likes me." Kai mumbles, with a scrunched nose. You tilt your head to lick the ice cream that was rolling down the cone, "What did you expect? Your kinda bit of a douche.... no offense."
Kai laughs, "I am?"
You smiled at him, laughing as you glared away. "Is that how you see me?" He stopped walking and stared straight ahead at you. You took a deep breathe, glaring around twin square. There goes the fun, You thought.
Just as it denned as if things were going well between you and Kai, something always ruined it. Even through he didn't look serious, you still felt as if he was.
"Why do you care about how I see you." You laughed, hoping he would realize that you were only kidding. That's what you and Kai did, and you thought nothing was wrong with that.
You continued to eat your ice cream, hoping he would just drop the conversation and move onto another one. It was already bad enough you had lose the bet and didn't want to go on the date with him anyways, but the last thing you wanted was this.
Kai grins at you, "Why do you think I care about what you see me as?"
You smiled as you ate your ice cream, try I to avoid the question. Kai continued to stare at you and you knew he wouldn't stop until you answered him. "I guess you care about how I see you because you want everyone to see you as some kind of God or something." You guessed, shrugging your shoulders.
In order to avoid the awkward eye contract, you stared at the ground eating your ice cream. Kai took a few steps closer to you, "The reason why I care about how you see me is because I like you."
You nearly choked, "Ah, that's funny." You laughed, frowning playfully at the thought of Kai liking you. You figured he was joking because you and him weren't the best of friends. Every time you two were together, there was always constant arguing and eye rolling.
Kai stared at you blankly, "Im not joking." He mumbles, with a slight frown. Suddenly, your face got serious. "But, you hate me." You remind, but he raised his eye brows and extended his arms out slightly as if he was unaware of his suppose hatred of you.
Once again you glared at the ground, awkwardly. Kai sighed as he pushed your ice cream cone out of your hands, which quickly made you glare up at him. "What was that f--" Kai leaned forward and kissed you, pulling you towards him.
"I never hated you." He smirks through the kiss.
