The music was booming and the vibes were right. I picked up YN from Mr. Marrow's house. I introduced YN to my homies. "Aye it's nice to meet you!" Don says dancing. "Same here...Aye look you guys enjoy your time here. Hibachi is that way." Shamar says as he starts walking off. "I never been to a party like this before." She says looking around. "You think because you're a basketball star and you can get all the baddies that you can just steal my girl?" He looks at me up and down. "Please don't hurt him." YN walks up to Tent. Tent slowly turns around. "Who are you??? His other hoe??" As he said that, I stepped in and he tried to shoot me. Everyone ducks. More shots were fired but I distracted him by blending in with the crowd. I grabbed YN and creeped out to my car. "Melo.. what's going on???" She asks me. She looked scared. "Look I'll let you know but i want to take you home first." I said as I started my engine. I drove out the neighborhood. I finally parked at her house. I took my seatbelt off. "Are you ok?" I asked checking her. "Yes I'm alright. Melo what was that?" She changed the subject. I took a deep breath. "Look, I don't want you to think that i'm that kind of guy." I told her. "It's ok.. No judgement here." She grins. "A few years ago.. I used to mess with a lot of females. Single, Taken, girls with crushes, etc. I'm the pretty boy that plays basketball. Girl love how i treated them..I'm not sure what i did...but it makes guys like Tent jealous. When i got in more trouble i stopped messing with females unless i actually like them.
