It's been a week since the disappearance of YN! Search parties have been going on but no signs of her. "Melo? You ok?" Lonzo walks out the front porch. "Uhm..yeah man I'm cool." I looked back at him. He sits next to me. "You been acting different ever since YN went missing." Lonzo says leaning on the door. "Of course i'm acting differently. The girl of my dreams is gone and i feel like it's my fault. She could been mad at me and ran away to distract her mind. You were right about messing with these flings. I just want my girl back..." I sighed. "But you stopped your hideous ways though! I'm proud of you." He hugs me. "Now go get some sleep.." Lonzo goes back inside the house.
I then gotta call from Dream. I rolled my eyes. "What do you want?" I answered. "Well fuck you too then.." Dream aggressively says. "You know I don't like your ass. From confessing to YN to you just being so damn annoying." I told her. "Look, I was wrong.. I really wish i could make it up to you." She says. "By what? Fucking me? Look Dream, I'm done messing with. I'm with YN now." I said. Just as I was about to hang up, she stops me. "WAIT WAIT! Look, I have to tell you something. But meet me by your house tomorrow. I'll pull up." She says before hanging up. What the? "It better not be a trap." I went to sleep that night.
The next morning I got up and waited for Dream to arrive. She zoomed into my driveway. I quickly got in her car. "So what's up?" I told her. "It's about YN.." She plays with her thumbs. My eyes widened. "I know where she is." That's when i sniffed the car air. "Her perfume..YOU BITCH!!" I yelled. "WHERE IS SHE AND YOU BETTER NOT LIE!!" I went up to her face. She wipes her tears. "You have to call this number.." She gives me a piece of paper. It was a phone number. "Call but don't let anyone know... He's expecting you." I looked at her and then the paper. "He? Who's He?" I looked at her. Dream kept crying. I'm so sorry Melo. For everything.... I really hate how I treated everybody but I live a hideous life." She mumbled from her tears. "I want you two to be happy." She grins. "Dream... please..be safe." I looked at her. I then got out the car. I went to my bedroom. I dialed the number and waited till someone answered. "Lamelo Ball." The guy laughs evilly. My eyes widened. "Aaron? I'm surprised you know who I am." Aaron chuckles. "LISTEN! I have what everyone's... especially you, have been looking for, but I need you to come here by yourself. Just a man to man talk." He says. "Is YN ok?" I asked. "Yes, my baby is fine. I'll never hurt her... But please come to the address I'll send you on your phone." He then hangs up the phone. I looked at the text of the address. I gotta go.. I quickly freshened up. As i was ready to leave Lonzo stops me. "Yo where you going? Aren't you off today? Yeah, I'm just gonna take a walk.. clear my mind." I told him. "Alright man, but don't forget that talk we had." Lonzo walks away. I quickly got in my car and sped to the location. I was debating on i should bring my gun or not. Just bring it.. I hid my glock under my shirt. I slowly walked around the building to see if I can find a way in. Just then I heard "GET HIM!" I was thrown on the floor and kicked repeatedly. Then I was dragged inside by two arms. I looked up and saw YN being held at gunpoint. She was crying and scared. "YN.." I mumbled. "WE FINALLY MEET!" Aaron walks up to me. "Please.... don't hurt her." I whispered. "I told you.. I don't want to hurt her. But if you pull some move then I'll scrape her." He growls. "But let me introduce myself properly. I'm Aaron, YN's newer boyfriend. I was told about you. The prison deadbeat dad. How, you lied to precious TAN. How you were cheating on YN! The most beautiful woman on the planet. When I heard about this, I WAS FURIOUS! So I stepped in. Maybe her being stolen would attract you and BOOM! My plan worked." He walks up to me. "If you want to kill me then fuckin do it.." I looked in his eyes. "BUT THAT WILL RUIN THE FUN!" Aaron chuckled. "Don't hurt him!!" YN cried in the background. Aaron's eyes twitch. He then punched me. He kept hitting me. My gun then falls out my shirt. He grabs the gun. "SO YOU WERE PLANNING ON SHOOTING ME??" He points the gun at me. "SIR THE POLICE HAS FOUND OUR LOCATION!!" His minion says. "FUCK!!" *POW* He shoots me on my sides. "MELOOOOOO!" YN screams. "Let's bounce!" He runs. I laid on the floor as I was bleeding out. YN runs to me. "Melo... help is here! Please don't die on me." She cries. "I'm gonna be ok beautiful. Aaron was right, I was a bad person especially to you.." I mumbled. "I probably deserve it." I chuckled. "Melo, I forgive you.. Yes, I was hurt but you told me you changed because of me. I didn't get that kind of love from anyone but you." She cried. "Because you're my beautiful girl. I'll never hurt you again. I love you so much.." I mumbled. I caress her face. She feels my hand. "DAD??? MOM??" Tan yells as he's looking for us. "BABY WE'RE IN HERE!!" YN yells getting up. Tan and Lonzo runs up to us. "MOM! I thought I would never see you again." Tan hugs YN. "Mommy is safe." She hugs him. "DUDE YOU'VE BEEN SHOT!" Lonzo bends to my level. "How'd you know i was here?" I mumbled. "Brother telepathy I guess." Lonzo shrugged. "Please just get everyone out of here. I want everyone to be safe" I groaned. "I'll let the police know to call the ambulance!" Lonzo runs outside. "Dad.." Tan cries. "Come on we have to get you to the hospital." He put my arms around his neck, carrying me. "Dang man, I ain't know i gave birth to a strong man." I chuckled. "Come on dad, Let's just take you to the hospital." He chuckled.
TAN POV
Dad and mom were sent to the hospital. They both were gonna be ok. Aaron was found in another location after escaping the abandoned building where he kept mom in.
"You ready to go mom?" I asked her. "Yup! Let me get my bag." She grabs her bag filled with her clothes. "Hey girl the car is ready to go." Aunt Tay says walking in. Just then a girl my age came in with her. She was pretty. "Yeah girl gimme a second!" My mom says as she grabs the bags. "Mom, I got it!" I helped her. "Thank you my baby!" She kissed my forehead. "MOOOM!! I'm a senior!" I whined. "But you'll always be my little baby." She smiles. "Ellie? Heyy!" My mom hugs the girl. "Tan, this is Ellie..Aunty Tay's niece." My mom introduced me. "Hi!" Ellie waves. "I've seen you at school. You play on the basketball team right?" She ask me. "Yeah.. I am." I nervously chuckled. No girl has ever noticed me play. "You're pretty good on the court." She smiles. Me and her talked throughout the whole day.

Ellie is so funny, pretty ,smart, and cool. "Alright yall we finna bounce!" Aunty Tay tells us. "Thank you so much for dropping us off." My mom hugs aunty. "It's all good! And let me know if you can reach that therapist ok?" Aunty Tay says. "Byeee Tan, I see you and Ellie hitting it off." She winks at me. "I'll be cupid if i have to." She chuckles. "Oh leave my boy alone. He can definitely make his own moves on her. Just like his daddy." My mom kissed my head. "MOOOOOM!!" I whined again. We waved Ellie and aunty bye and closed the door. "You want yourself some Ellie huh?"My mom teases me. "Mom relax!" I rolled my eyes. But maybe her mom instincts were right because I couldn't stop thinking bout her.
A few months later, my dad was discharged from the hospital. He had a big ass bandage around his abdominal area. "Home sweet home!" I opened my front door. "Oh my baby!" My mom hugs then kisses my dad. "Oh my goodness! Get a rooooom!" I tried to ignore them. "HUSH BOY! I know you wanna do this to Ellie." My mom jokes. "MOOOOOM!" I growled. "Ellie? My boy gotta girlfriend?" My dad asks then me. "She's not my girlfriend. She's just a friend." I told him. "Babe, Tan has been talking to this girl for months. I'm waiting for him and her to kiss." My mom kept going on to my dad. "MOOOOOOM STOP!" I yelled. "Tan, it's ok! I was just like you with your mom.. I promise it's a normal feeling." My dad pats my back. "Come on, let's eat diner." My mom says walking dad to the dining table.
*next week after school*
"Yo yo!" I dabbed Elliot. "You ready for practice?" He asked me. Just then I seen Ellie talking her friend. She was so pretty. "Tan? Yo bro." Elliot tried to grab my attention. Ellie smiles at me from a distance and waves at me. Oh my goodness.. I'm in love. I nervously and weirdly waved back. "I'll talk to you later man!" I ran up to Ellie. "Hey El." I grinned. "Tan, hey! I'll talk to you later Anne." She waves bye to her friend. "What are you up to?" I said. "I'm gonna walk home." She says putting her books in her locker. "I can walk you home if you want." I smiled. "I can walk alone Tan." She chuckled. "I mean you can be in danger." I tried everything to make an excuse up. She caught on and laughed. "You're so funny and cute. Come on, let's go." She says walking to the exit. I walked all the way to her house. "Thank you for walking me home." She smiles. "It's nothing. I just want to make sure you're safe." I grinned. "Thank you my handsome." She then kissed my cheek. I was cheesing like crazy. I kept staring at her. She was so perfect. Then my phone started vibrating. OH FUCK! I'm gonna be late for practice.
