Dear Diary...

We went to an ad shoot today for the new IWC watches.

More specifically, the IW324901 35mm. Yes, that's what it said in the script.

It was really fun to shoot an ad with Y/n, and I feel like it's become a Christmas tradition.

Whenever the season rolls around, there are a few brands that either DM one of us or call us to ask for a collaboration for the Christmas ads.

IWC is one we've worked with a lot for the past few years, but this year is different.

Last week, Y/n got a call from Valentino, which was very exciting.

I immediately called Lewis when I heard, and he was beyond happy for me. He even joked that I should not bring out the t-pose for the shoot.

Y/n, who was listening in on the call, nodded feverishly at his comment.

"What?" I asked, "It's a great modelling pose."

She laughed at this, and Lewis chuckled, saying, "Be warned, then, George, you won't be called back. Y/n will, because she's classy, but you won't."

At this, Y/n laughed even harder, and said goodbye to Lewis and hung up before picking Y/n up and carrying her to the bedroom to settle the argument.

Needless to say, I did the t-pose. And guess what, it was a huge hit.

The photographer and stylists recognised the pose and laughed excitedly, and even told me to do it again multiple times.

Y/n just rolled her eyes, but she couldn't hold in her laughter after a while, which resulted in a dozen adorable photos of her laughing while I lovingly look at her while doing the pose.

The day of the photoshoot was amazing. We went to the studio early in the morning and had our makeup done.

Then, we tried on some of the outfits, starting with the suits. Y/n looked amazing in them, and I couldn't stop smiling at her.

"What?" she giggled, as I was eyeing her from the other side of the room.

I shook my head: "Nothing. I was just trying to decide which of these suits I should get you for Christmas."

She laughed, and I heard her stylist go: "Aww."

Funnily enough, all the workers for the shoot were women, so there were many moments where an "aww", or an "so cuuuuuuute" were heard from around the studio.

Y/n smiled: "Oh, the brown one was marvellous."

"Great," I answered, "I'll keep that in mind."

We continued taking photos and ordered some soup for lunch, because we were both cold, and the icy weather outside amounted to runny noses and the jitters.

After lunch, it was Y/n's turn for some solo shots, where she was given a dress, then another suit, and afterwards this massive coat for her to show off.

Her pictures turned out amazing. I could only smile as I watched her move so professionally.

When the shoot was finished, we thanked the team for their hard work and made our way back home.

On the drive back, Y/n called Lewis after I begged her not to tell him about the t-pose.

"Hey! How was the shoot?" he asked.

"It was amazing, I've never had so many women work on one shoot," Y/n answered excitedly, to which Lewis laughed.

"That's true, Valentino have been transitioning to 100% women-led teams for photoshoots. It's great!"

"Yes, it is," I then continued, "and they especially loved me, I must say."

Y/n smiled at my words and chuckled when Lewis stayed silent for a while.

Then, we only heard: "He did the pose, didn't he?"

The three of us burst out laughing, and I couldn't help but smile at Y/n and hold her hand.

I love her so much.

And I'll keep doing the t-pose, no matter what.

It's part of my DNA now.
