"Ashyra, don’t be afraid. You just aim the gun at their heads, and pull the trigger. That should serve you a brain salad", Bob told Ashyra, while we were walking along the terminal.

"Eeewww!!! Gross! Bob, are you hungry again?" Hunnigan asked him, while she’s grimacing.

"I’m getting there, and I want to eat some! Rrrrroooooaaaaarrrrr!!!!!" Bob teasingly roared.

"Ssshhh!!! I hear something", I whispered, as I cocked my gun.

We sneaked along the airport's waiting area. First growling sounds were being heard. We walked a little farther and the growling sounds were getting louder than before.

"What’s that?" I asked them.

"We don’t know what it is”, Bob replied.

"Alright. You and Ashyra, arm yourselves. You stay in high profile. Ashyra, get at my back."

We walked again a little bit farther. Everything seemed to be quiet, no intrusions and hordes.

"Keep going", I said.

"Jay, I think, we can make it out here alive. There’s no sign of them", Bob said.

“Rrrrroooooaaaaarrrrr!!!!!”

Suddenly, another series of growls was heard.

"Not again! Who is that?!" Debbie asked, as she covered her ears.

"Everybody stick together. There’s no way that we separate ourselves from each other again", I said.

Unexpectedly, a huge hole was being made by a powerful blow. Apparently, an enormous monster appeared from it. It was terrifying, horrible, sick and twisted. It had also numerous stitches on its skin, with a muscular body, and with bloody lacerations and punctures open enough to harbor infection. As it walked near to us, it was holding a huge, pointed axe, and it growled with power out of its mouth.

"Rrrrroooooaaaaarrrrr!!!!!"

"Oh my!" Hunnigan shouted.

"Oh no", I whispered.

The monster set its foot forward and another foot also. It began to give its head and stare at us.

"No sudden moves", I whispered.

The monster stared at us closer and closer. It looked at Bob and smelled him.

"Ha - Ha - Hachoooo!" Bob accidentally sneezed.

“Rrrrroooooaaaaarrrrr!!!!!”

Suddenly, the monster taunted itself and growled loudly, as it aimed its axe.

"Run!" I shouted.

We evaded its attacks and we ran north. As we made our beeline to the nearest office, Bob and Ashyra shot the monster.

“Bang, bang, bang, bang, bang, bang . . . !”

"Get inside!" I yelled.

At last, we got ourselves in an office to catch our breaths.

"What’s that thing?!" Ashyra asked.

"I don’t know! Maybe it’s a mascot!" Hunnigan replied, terrified.

"There’s no party here in the airport. I think that ‘mascot’ you’re talking about got the wrong address", Bob told Hunnigan.

"Guys, snap out of it. All we need to do, is to think of the plan on how we get to the runway faster than usual", I said.

Suddenly, the monster punctured the door and the wall with its axe!

"We better be quick now, or else, it will be our butts next to be chopped!" Bob terrifyingly shouted.

"Wait. I see it. There’s the runway!", Ashyra shouted, pointing out to the window.

"But how are we supposed to get to there? We can’t use that door again", Debbie asked.

"Think Jay!" Bob shouted.

"Wait. We can pass over that hole and do it quick", I suggested, as I looked at the hole on top of the wall, which was definitely leading to the other room.

"Alright, let’s do it", Bob agreed.

"Set the table beside the wall, and do it fast!"

The monster was about to penetrate through the wall in any minute!

"Go, go, go!" I shouted, as I climbed lastly over the wall.

"Jay, give me your hand!" Bob shouted, as he reached out to me.

Amazingly, the monster got inside now and it closely pummeled me!

"Dammit!" I accidentally jumped over the wall and I dropped myself down the concrete floor.

"Jay! Are you alright?" Bob asked, as he helped me get up.

The monster desperately obliterated another wall again!

"Exit and run!" I shouted.

Ashyra and her friends exited the office and they ran as fast as they could, while Bob and I were following their tracks.

"Oh no, big trouble!" Hunnigan shouted, as they stopped and saw a horde of infected on the other side of the lounge.

"Oh come on! We can’t fight them anymore Jay. We’re lacking ammo now", Bob told me.

I kept myself quiet to think of a good plan. I still got five grenades to blow their heads off, but I deeply thought of a way to get out here alive, until I saw a bus parked along the lobby.

"Hurry to that shuttle, Bob. Lead them to the runway. I know that it’s only a couple of blocks away from here. Take this briefcase and the remaining weapons", I instructed him, as I gave him the goods.

"You can’t do this again Jay! Come on!" Bob exclaimed.

"Just do what I say. Hurry now, before the monster comes in. Go!"

"Jacob, please be careful. Promise us that you’ll come back in one piece", Ashyra said.

"I will. A promise is a promise. Go now!"

Without further ado, they proceeded to the shuttle. I hoped God was watching me. It was time to slow things first.

As they got away from the structure, a terrible blast had disintegrated everything.

“Boom!”

"I wish that you know what you’re doing Jay", Bob whispered, as they left the area.
