Your P.O.V

School was boring, it always has been, it always will be. The clock in the corner of the room couldn't go any slower if it tried. The teachers boring voice droned on and on about something you could t care less about. All the kids around you sat looking bored out of their minds. The boy that sat beside you had fallen asleep at his desk, the girl behind you was sitting chewing on the end of her pen not paying any attention, and another girl sat staring out the window in a complete daydream.

You couldn't wait until you got home, your older brother Clint was coming to take you to his for dinner. All of his teammates from the Avengers would be there, including Natasha who was like an older sister to you. You were beyond excited, you hadn't seen Clint in two months because he had been in Budapest with Nat and now you were finally going to see him.

As the rest of the lesson dragged on, you could feel yourself getting more and more excited. Each minute that passed meant a minute closer to the end of the day, meaning a minute closer to seeing your big brother.

When the bell finally rang you hurriedly shoved all of your books into your small backpack before throwing it over your shoulder. You rushed out the room, pushing past all the other kids that were also heading for the school exit.

You walked home from school everyday, it gave you time to think and refresh yourself before going back home. As you headed down the road to your house, more and more kids began to disperse down other streets, into cars and it was like that until you were the only person left walking home. It was Friday which meant your friend had football training so she couldn't walk home with you. This didn't really bother you, it's not like anything bad would happen to you on the way home.

As you made your way down the street, you could hear a car engine slowly getting closer and closer to you. You didn't think anything of it, it's not exact abnormal for a car to be driving near a school zone at a slow speed. You continued your walk, kicking the stones on the concrete with your feet in an attempt to entertain yourself.

Out of the corner of your eye you could see the car almost coming to a halt beside you but not stopping completely. You turned your head slightly and glanced at the car. It was a large black Range Rover with tinted black windows making it impossible to look inside to see the driver. You squinted your eyes as much as possible, trying to see who the person was but to no avail, you just couldn't make out the person.

Turning back around, you began to walk down the road again, a lot quicker this time. You had a bad feeling about the whole situation and that black Range Rover wasn't making you feel any better.

The engine got louder and louder, you could hear it getting closer. It was like a lion stalking it's prey, waiting for the perfect moment to pounce. You tried to quicken your pace as much as possible without trying to look too suspicious to the person driving the car but that only caused the person to drive even faster.

The fear began to take over you and eventually you couldn't take it any longer, you began to sprint down the street. The engine of the Range Rover roared to life as it began to hurriedly chase after you. You now knew that it was after you and it wasn't going to stop till it got you.

You saw the alley way that cut onto the street you lived in coming closer. If you went down there, you could probably lose the car. You gained more speed, your legs were burning, this was the quickest you had ever had to run but you really had no choice.

As soon as you made it into the alley you pressed your body straight up against the brick wall. Your breathing was ragged, your face was most likely bright red and tears had begun to roll down your cheeks. You had no idea why this was happening to you or why this person was after you.
