sorry not an update again but I just saw spider-man: homecoming and I'm just ugh I loved it

I guess don't read any further if you haven't seen it incase I spoil it I haven't decided if I will yet I'm just writing as I go

I was really happy with this spiderman, in my opinion I feel it was the most honest portrayal of Peter/spidey .

don't get me wrong I LOVE Toby maguire spiderman like those films are literally my childhood, I'll protect them at all cost but I feel that spidey wise tom hollands was the best.

my problem with the other spiderman films is that I don't think they're honest. like come on you're telling me that a teen gets superpowers and instantly knows everything he is doing? Nope

I liked that tom's spidey/Peter was raw and honest. he was unsure of himself, still learning, making mistakes, he wasn't always strong enough, at times he kind of messed up with the webs and swinging about, I just liked that

I liked that he didn't know everything and that he was learning and struggled to prove himself to Tony

I also liked that the characters did seem a lot more like they were actually teens like 15/16/17, made it feel more relatable

I liked that although peter liked liz there
wasn't any massive romance that took over the film and distracted from the actual plot. I'm sick of superhero movies doing that like yea a little bit is okay but I'm here for the superheroes not the romance

unless it's gay

then I'm 100% in

also I was happy that Tony wasn't a big focus of the film. the trailer made it out that it was gonna be him every 2 seconds but it wasn't .

all in all I really enjoyed it and I loved the cap cut scene right at the end

so many people left the cinema like RIGHT when the film finished and I'm like ????? u do realise there's more
