You walked into Stark towers, various bags in your hands from your small shopping spree with Bruce. You had managed to drag him out of his lab for a little de-stressing time.

You both stepped into the elevator, door just about to close when Tony jumped through at last minute, squealing as the doors almost closed on his foot. You both chuckles at him lightly. Always one to brighten the mood.

Tony turned to the both of you, all of a sudden becoming extremely giddy, a wide grin spread across his face.

"Let me see the ring!" He jumped, pulling your hand up to his face. A confused look adorned his face, as well as yours, as he inspected your bare, ring-less hand.

"Where is it?" He asked, looking up at Bruce and yourself.

"Where's what? You asked, completely oblivious the the situation. You turned to Bruce, expecting some sort of answer.

"I thought you were gonna do it?" Tony asked Bruce, both of them ignoring you.

Bruce rubbed his hands against his face in a frustrated manner. "Tony, shut up." He moaned, his voice raised slightly.

Something quickly clicked in Tony's brain because he stepped away from the both of you, a look of regret on his face. The elevator dinged and before you could even ask what was going on, Tony was gone.

You stood confused, staring at where Tony once was. "What just happened?" You turned to Bruce.

"This wasn't how this was supposed to go." Bruce fumbled around in his pocket slightly, pulling out a small box. You quickly caught on to what he was doing, as he kneeled down on one knee, your hands came up to cover your mouth in shock.

"(Y/N) (Y/L/N), from the day that I met you, I knew that I wanted to be with your for the rest of my life. You gave my life purpose, made me want to live, you made me embrace who I was. You have never judged me, you have always stood by my side, and I want to continue my life with you by my side. I love you so much (Y/N), so much that I can't put it into words. Please, will you do me the honour of marrying me?" Bruce opened the small box to reveal a beautiful diamond ring.

You nodded your head, tears falling from your eyes. "Y-yes. Yes! Of course I will!" Bruce stood up, slipping the ring onto your shaking finger, and then you jumped into his arms.

He spun you around as you both clung to each other, crying. "I love you so much, Bruce."

"I love you too, (Y/N), so much." Bruce whispered, pulling you closer.

"Oh my god, I have to go tell Nat!"
