Louis Tomlinson

"Liam called earlier, he finally agreed to talk to Zayn. He said they're going to meet at this restaurant which is like a few blocks away from the hotel so I suggest that we spy on them, just in case something happens. Thoughts?" I explained to Harry who was sitting across the dining table. His chin was rested on his palms and he was fondly staring at me but I didn't think he was listening at all.

"Harry could you quit staring, please." I told him, covering my face. We're supposed to be having breakfast, weren't we?

"Your eyes." He said.

"What about them?" What, I had an eyelash in my eyeballs? I hate when that happens.

"I don't know if, like, whether I'm living in the sky or if your eyes really are that blue." He tilted his head and continued staring.

"You're at it again." I pointed out.

"What?"

"You're speaking in metaphors again." I told him. He always does that and he knows that it gets me every single time.

"I try," he explained. "But I could never find the right combination of words to describe exactly how beautiful you are."

He stood up and leaned in across the table to kiss my nose before going back to eating.

"What were you saying again, love?" He asked.

"I was thinking we should spy on Ziam." I repeated.

"Ziam? Like Zayn and Liam?" I nodded. "Since when you become Niall's apprentice? Did you come up with that name yourself?"

"Let's just focus on the matter here, okay? I was thinking we have to be there but not really there when they're talking, you know?" I asked him.

"That would be an invasion of their privacy, babe." He said.

"It won't be. It's not like we'll be eavesdropping, love. We're just gonna stand by. You know, in case something happens." I convinced him.

"Fine. But we won't be staying inside the restaurant." He finally gave in.

"How about that ice cream parlor across the street?" I suggested. Everyone likes ice cream.

"Deal." He nodded.

I don't know why I agreed to do this. I don't even know what I want. All I know is that we both need this.

I pulled over in front of the restaurant and I was ten minutes late. It doesn't matter, Zayn's always late. He'll probably be an hour late now but I've gotten used to it.

I took a couple of deep breaths before leaving the car when I noticed the slick, shiny Lamborghini just in front of my car which took up almost half of my parking space so I had to move it a bit further back. My car felt like a loser behind it.

Across the street I saw a familiar vehicle. It was Louis and Harry's. It had to be. I left my car and walked to the opposite side of the road to check if I was right. True enough, there they were inside the ice cream parlor, making funny faces at each other while eating.

This was Louis's plan, I know it. He knows about this... this meeting. I'm not mad, though. In fact, I'm grateful that they're here.

I knocked on the window to get their attention and when Harry saw me, he covered his face with his ice cream. Louis did the same. Someone's gotta tell them that covering their faces so people won't recognize them doesn't really work.
