"We're here it's okay" I say, kneeling down beside her
"Robin we need to get her onto the bed so I can see how far along she is" I instruct him
He nods in reply and scoops her up, making her scream in pain.
"I'm sorry darling" he whispers, laying her on the bed
I pull her legs apart and start to check how far along she is, she moans at the discomfort.
"What the hell are you doing?" Robin asks
"I'm checking how far along she is" I say calmly
"Stop you're hurting her!" he growls
"Robin I have to, it's part of the procedure!" I argue
"Robin, just do as she says!" Regina snaps
"Fine" he sighs
"Right, you're only 3cm dilated Regina, you still have a while to go, so no pushing!" I explain
She throws her head back in irritation, tears of pain rolling down her face.
"We'll get there eventually darling, don't worry" Robin whispers to her reassuringly
