The door bangs open and Robin rushes to Regina's side, rubbing her back soothingly. It looks like he's been crying because he's face is tear stained.
Regina continues to scream through the pain, trying hard not to push and succeeding. I watch as the baby's head slowly comes into view, making Regina scream even more. Once the head fully out I notice Regina's relaxed slightly, her screams turning into whimpers.
"Alright Regina, the heads out, you can push now" I instruct her
"I can't" she whispers
"Yes you can, come on darling" Robin whispers to her
"Regina, one more big one and they'll be here" I say to her
"No! I can't, please just pull them out!" she cries
"I can't, you have to push them out" I point out
She gives me a glare but it quickly dies as her face contorts with pain and she starts to push.
