Chapter 26: Rose

"Woohoo! That's what I'm talking about!" -Hongseok said as he, Hanbin and Donghyuk entered their changing room

"I can't believe we won! Does this mean we'll be in Team B?" -Donghyuk asked and Hanbin chuckled

"This is YG we're talking about. He won't just give us a spot without messing with our heads for a bit longer." -Hanbin said. They watched as Junhoe, Jinhyeong and Yunhyeong sang their songs. Even though they won, Hanbin and his teammates didn't feel so happy seeing June, Yunhyeong and Jinhyeong getting emotional on stage. Then, The President announced that neither of them are leaving for now, which made Hanbin and his team a little reliefed

I'm glad they're still here. As much as they annoy me, I do see potential in each of them. It might be silly that I care so much about a team that isn't even formed yet, but I take this leader thing seriously.

There's a rumour going around campus that Team A and Team B will be going up against each other to see who'll get to debut first. It didn't surprise me, honestly. From the first time I met President YG, I knew what kind of man he was. I knew he was going to push us to our limits which is why I want Team B to have only the best members.

Hanbin's thoughts were interrupted when someone knocked on their door

"It's me." -They recognized Lee Hi's voice

"Come in!" -Donghyuk said and she oppened the door and smiled at Hanbin.

"Hi, my favorite winners!" -Lee Hi greeted Donghyuk, Hongseok and Hanbin. Hongseok and Donghyuk greeted her, as well, but Hanbin ignored her

That's weird... He seemed happy when they announced our team as the winners. Now he seems kind of angry...

"Should we celebrate?" -Lee Hi asked. Hongseok and Donghyuk smiled at the idea, but Hanbin didn't seem to like it

"I don't want to celebrate when there are three guys out there crying." -Hanbin said as Lee Hi, Donghyuk and Hongseok exchanged looks

"But no one got kicked out." -Lee Hi said

"You three go celebrate. I'm going back to my room." -Hanbin said and left the changing room.

What the hell? Why is he being an asshole to me?

Lee Hi ran after him and grabbed his hoodie, stopping him. He turned around and rolled his eyes

"What do you want?" -He asked coldly and she chuckled

Seriously?!

"Why are you being like this to me?" -She asked and he swallowed hard

"I just don't feel like celebrating, okay? And what Donghyuk and Hongseok told you about me earlier... that I like you... I don't." -He said and Lee Hi gasped

Wait. He heard us talking before the rehersal?

"I didn't really mean it like that, I just--" -She tried saying but he just chuckled
