Chapter 89: What's Wrong?

The top 15 students went to their class which was thought by Tablo.

"Today, I want to see how good you are at song-writing. However, this will not be like your previous assignments where you had time to write the songs. This time, you're singing on the spot!" -Tablo said with an evil smirk. Mino, Seunghoon, Hanbin and Bobby all cheered, while the others groaned

"Now, since the rappers are the very best when it comes to freestyling, they will be performing in groups with the vocalists. I'll play you the instrumental and all of you think about what it makes you want to sing or rap about." -Tablo said and pressed play on his laptop. A gentle melody started playing and Lee Hi quickly had an idea what to sing about. She glanced at Bobby who was a few seats away from her and he seemed like he was in the song. Tablo noticed her glancing at him and chuckled

"The first group will be Kim Jiwon and Lee Hi." -He said and all the students gasped

No! Is he being serious right now?

-Lee Hi thought to herself as her jaw dropped. Bobby casually got up and stood in front of the class as he waited for Lee Hi

"Ms. Hayi?" -Tablo called her and she chuckled bitterly as she got up and joined Bobby. She noticed all of their classmates were still in shock

"I'll give you a few minutes to figure out who will sing which part. Here are the sheets." -Tablo said and gave a copy to each. They both read it in silence and didn't say a word to each other which confused Tablo

This will be a disaster

"O...kay? Since the two of you couldn't decide, then I'll decide for you. Ms. Hayi will sing the first two verses and Mr. Kim will join in the third one." -Tablo said and Lee Hi rolled her eyes, knowing that it wasn't fair, but she wasn't in the mood to fight back. Tablo played the instrumental and Hayi let it play for a few seconds and then started singing:

The drums started playing and she felt more comfortable as she moved to the music and sang:

My friends are gonna try to stop me

She sang the chorus:

I don't know why but your phone calls stopped

Bobby took a deep breath and started rapping as he turned around towards Hayi and faced her:
