"I'm sorry, but I have to go to my rehearsal." -Hanna as she hid her face from him

"Wait, let me get you a cab." -Junhoe said, but she just walked past him

That's weird... She told me last night that her rehersals are always a day before the actual performance.

And her performance is in 2 days...

Junhoe chuckled bitterly

She lied to me... But why did she just decide to leave so suddenly? Come to think of it, she looked like she was crying a little, too.

Junhoe glanced at the table and realized tht his phone was unlocked. He raised his eyebrow

Did she take my phone?

He took his phone and realized that a recent message from his mom was opened. He read the message and got even more confused

Is this why she was crying? But that makes no sense. Unless she thought that I was rushing this whole thing

In that case... I guess I can't blame her. But she should have told me.

Junhoe sighed and decided to get a cab so he could return to YGU

I will go to the venue in which her show is recorded tomorrow and I will finally confrot her.

The next day:

Junhoe arrivied at the set of Kpop Star. The show was about to begin, so everyone was in a rush backstage. Both the contestans and staff

This reminds me way too much of WIN. It was always so stressful and rushed. I really hate looking back on it

"Contestant number 1, please be ready in 5 minutes." -A staff member said and Junhoe noticed someone exiting the changing room. Automatically, a proud smile appeared on his face as he looked at Hanna - dressed in a beautiful black dress, walk out.

It felt as if someone pressed "Play" in his head and one of his favorite songs started playing:

It's love, it's love
Even when I forget, it was love
Though I pushed you away
You're always living in me
You're the only one,
The only one
Whom I cherish and want
I fell asleep looking at
Your picture that I missed

Where should I start forgetting you
Today too, I found you in my mind
Clamoring all day long

"I'm ready." -Hanna said to the staff member, but Junhoe could tell that she was nervous

If I didn't know her as much as I do, I wouldn't be able to tell that she was nervous. She never admits that, which is why I think of her as the strongest person that I know.

Your words, your face are very distinct
As if you're still here
Being by my side

He watched as she stepped on the stage in front of her three judges. One of them being President YG. Junhoe suddenly felt nervous for her

I hope she does well. I don't doubt her talent, but she seemed really nervous back there.

The piano instrumental started and Hanna grabbed the microphone. He noticed her hands shaking.

Come on... You can do this!

-He wanted to tell her

Hanna was about to sing her first notes and Junhoe heard her take a deep breath. Then, she started singing "Don't Cry For Me" and no one was able to tell that she was nervous anymore. Junhoe sighed in relief and just felt proud of her.
