Chapter 67

Bom climbed down the stairs of the Chaos Building when she heard someone struggling to open the door.

Hmmm... It's either one of the freshmen mistaking the building, or--

The door suddenly opened and Top fell inside. Bom chuckled as she crossed her hands

Or it's Top...

He looked around in confusion and she could hear him quietly say "Aish!" as he dusted off his designer jeans. Bom giggled quietly and he noticed her

"Oh... hi." -He said awkwardly

"Hi. Having some trouble there?" -She asked sarcastically and he rolled his eyes

"What's up with you? Had a bad day?" -She asked and he just sighed

"So you don't want to talk to me now? Well, that's just great." -She said and started walking away

"I broke up with Yubin." -He suddenly said and Bom stopped. She slowly turned around

Why is he telling me this? It's not like I care...

"I'm sorry." -Bom simply said and continued walking away

"You're the reason why I broke up with her." -He said

No... Don't make me feel guilty.

"After the karaoke party, we went back to her apartment. We decided to watch TV before we head to bed and our performance from a few months ago aired." -Top said

"The "Oh Yeah" performance?" -Bom asked and Top nodded

Oh no...

"She suddenly got really angry. I told her that you had nothing to do with it and that it was all on me. And then she asked me if I was in love with you..." -Top said and looked away. Bom's heartbeat quickened

"And I told her the truth... which is why she broke up with me." -Top said and looked at Bom whose mouth was open in shock

"I told her that I'm in love with you. After all these years, even after you got married and made it clear that he was the only guy you'll ever love. Even then... Esspecially then." -He said and it was the frst time in years that Bom heard him talk to honestly.

"I-I don't know w-what to say..." -Bom mumbled

"It's okay. I know I caught you off-guard. And even if I didn't, I'd still know your answer." -Top said and faked a smile

"How can you be so sure?" -She asked and Top surprised

"Because you dated someone after Dongwook's death and you broke things off with him because you said you felt like you were cheating on Dongwook." -Top said and Bom looked at the ground

"I did say that because I did feel that way... But's it's been 2 years since he passed away and I have never been so unhappy. And one thing he kept telling me, even when his condition was at it's worse, was to keep smiling. And the first time I smiled since his death, was when I got here and saw all of you. You, esspecially." -She said and smiled. Top swallowed hard

"You know I'm horrible with words... but I just want to promise you this: I'll make sure you smile very single day. Why do you think I kept making a fool of myself in front of you all along?" -He said and smiled sweetly as they both looked at each other

GD and Taeyang woke up when they heard a loud noise. They realized that it was GD's phone

"Arghhhhh!" -GD groaned as he could hardly reach out for his phone.

"Hello?" -He asked as he was still squinting

"You and your buddy better get your drunk asses to my office immidately!" -Even Taeyang who was on the other bed could hear YG yelling on the other line

"Yes, sir..." -GD said and hung up.

"It's sucks to say this, but Sexy Boy was right. YG's pissed." -GD said, refferring to what Seungri told them the night before

"I don't even remember what he said." -Taeyang said and exchanged looks with GD. They both suddenly started laughing. The door of their room oppened and they both turned around

"Oh!!! Sexy Boy! What's up?" -Taeyang greeted Seungri who was looking at them in disbelief

"What's up? What's up?! Are you kidding me?! YG is downstairs and I've never seen him look so angry!" -Seungri said as he started panicking

"Don't worry, Sexy Boy. We got this!" -GD said proudly and tried standing up, but quickly fell down. He and Taeyang started laughing again

"You two might get kicked out of the company! How can you be so-- Wait a minute. Did you two...?"

"Hey, the students pffered us some brownies and we were like 'Why not?'." -Taeyang said and Seungri walked around nervously

"I can't believe this is happening! Are you two out of your minds?!" -Seungri yelled at them, but they were still just laughing

"Yes they are, Mr. Lee." -They heard a voice so frightening that they got chills

"President Yang! Uh, maybe it's not the right time!" -Seungri said

"Oh, it couldn't be better... Your contracts are expireing in a few weeks and this is how you'll be remembered... Pathetic." -YG said

"Ha! Jokes on you, sir!" -GD suddenly said. YG's head looked like it was about to explode. He started approaching GD, but Seungri quickly stopped him

"Sir, they're just tired that's all!" -Seungri tried calming him down

"Sir, we will you give an offer that you can't refuse!" -Taeyang said and YG raised his eyebrow

"What is he talking about?" -YG asked Seungri

"Call Top. He'll explain everything." -GD said

"Yes! Top is like their drunk translator!" -Seungri said and quickly called Top. YG still seemed angry

"I'm sorta in the middle of something..." -Top said as w oppened the door and scared all of them

"I thought you were at Yubin's place." -Seungri said

"WHAT?! You're dating that girl from JYP?" -YG asked

"Sir, no offence, but you're a very clueless man." -GD said and YG looked like he was ready to strangle someone. He took a deep breath and managed to calm down

"Alright... What is this offer that your drunk and high leader was talking about?" -YG asked and Top who thought about it for a moment

"Oh yeah! We've been working with Teddy on an album." -Top said and YG seemed surprised

"All 5 of you?" -YG asked and Top nodded with a smile. YG slightly smiled, but it soon faded

"Do you have any proof of this?" -YG asked and Top nodded. He quickly took out his phone and searched for one of their recordings

"Here. Teddy said it's one of our best ones yet." -Top said and handed the phone to YG. A big proud smile appeared on his face. The song stopped and he suddenly started laughing as he hugged each of them

"My boys are back!" -He said proudly
