Chapter 91: Gotta Talk To U

Seungri drove to the YG building for a meeting. While driving, his head was filled with thoughts about GD and CL's recent engagement

Ah... I can't even concentrate on anything else but the engagement. I'm not even sure why it's bothering me so much. GD and Chaerin have been dating for a really long time now and I never got affected by that. In the beginning, a little, but not anymore.

Seungri sighed as he reminisced on the announcement that GD and CL made four days ago;

"He's finally here." -Seungri could hear Daesung say to someone as soo as he entered which confused Seungri

"Ah, good. We've waited for you." -Seungri could hear Taeyang's voice and soo. saw his face on Daesung's laptop

"What's going on?" -Seungri asked and Daesung and Taeyang just shrugged

"GD, Ri is here." -Taeyang called Gd who quickly appeared in the frame. Seungri noticed a big smile on GD's face

I've never seen him so happy.

"Everyone... I have something important to share with you all." -GD said loudly so that everyone could hear him. Seungri saw confused expressions on everyone's faces. Then, CL approached GD and he put his hand around her. She had a big smile on her face, as well.

No way... They didn't--

"Chaerin and I got engaged." -GD said proudly. There was a moment of pure silence and no movement. Everyone exchanged surprised looks. The silence lasted until Top simply approached the two of them and hugged them tightly, without saying a thing

"Congrats, you two! I'm so happy!" -Daesung said

"Are you serious?! Oh my God, this is amazing!" -Dara said and congratulated them. Taeyang and Minzy follwed and lastly Bom. Seungri was still quiet and too shocked to respond. CL noticed that and glanced at him.

I have to say something or else it might get weird...

"If we're sharing great news, then I have some too!" -Seungri said and they all quieted down and looked at him. Daesung raised his eyebrow

"Our buddy Dae is finally dating someone!" -Seungri said and hugged Daesung who seemed upset

"Really?! Woah, this night is full of amazing surprises!" -Bom said and they all cheered for Daesung. Everyone but Minzy.

"So who's the lucky girl?" -GD asked

"It's no one. I just--"

"It's Yoo In Na!" -Seungri interrupted Daesung

"The new YG actress? Wow, congrats, Dae. She seems really nice." -CL said and he nodded.

"Hey guys, I'm sorry, but my laptop ran out of battery. We'll call you later." -Daesung said and ended the video call. Seungri raised his eyebrow

"What do you mean it's empty? It's got 87% left and--" -Seungri was saying but stopped once he saw and angry look on Daesung's face

"Why did you have to tell hem about In Na?" -Daesung asked

"Why is it a big deal?" -Seungri asked and Daesung sighed

"Forget it." -He said

"No. Tell me what's up?" -Seungri said

"Kai broke up with Minzy a few days ago and he's already dating someone new." -Daesung said

"That's... unfortunate, but what does it have to do with you?" -Seungri asked
