Chapter 46: 5 Months Later

5 Months Later:

Seungri was driving in his car. On the passanger's seat there was a bag from a restoraunt with a couple of meals in it. Seungri glanced at the bag and smiled, but then focused on the road again

So much has changed in the past couple of months. A day after Daesung regained his consiounsness, he was taken by the police to be investigated. The family of the victim wanted him to take responsibility for what happened in the crash, but when they actually met Daesung and saw how sorry he truly was, they decided not to press charges. But things didn't stop there...

-Seungri thought to himself and gripped the steering wheel

He was still getting a lot of unnecessary hate. From both the media and the public. He was even proven innocent when a tape of the accident appeared. Turns out, the victim was already involved in a crash, but Daesung didn't see that he was on the ground.

Anyways, for months, Dae was keeping his distance from everyone. He just locked himself inside his condo and didn't talk to anyone or go outside. Only a couple weeks ago, he started to loosen up a little. Now he lets me and the guys, even a few people from YG, visit him.

Speaking of the guys, things finally got better. We're closer than ever now and we're even starting to write songs together again! Though, we're mostly focusing on our solo stuff since Dae is nowhere close to performing again. At least not in Korea. In Japan, he's a pretty big deal and they're not giving him crap about the accident...

Seungri stopped his car in front of a apartment complex. He grabbed the restoraunt bag and walked out of his car. He locked it and then entered the building.

If someone told me that after everything that has happened between us, I'd be carrying him food and calling him 'hyung' again...

Seungri knocked on the door which he hasn't visited in a long time. The door oppened and Seungri smiled

"Hyung!" -He said hapily and hugged Daesung who was also smiling.

"I got you some food. It's from your favorite restoraunt." -Seungri said and handed him the bag.

"Woah! I didn't eat this in years!" -Daesung said and Seungri laughed

"Of course you didn't when you got sick of it. You ate it every single day!" -Seungri joked and Daesung laughed.

"Come in. Taeyang and his girlfriend are gonna join us soon." -Daesung said with a cheecky smile

"What about Top and GD?" -Seungri asked as he and Daesung sat in the living room

"They're stuck in the studio, again. They said they'll come join us if they don't finish too late." -Daesung said

Things are finally looking up for YG Entertainment!

Taehyun thought to himself as he walked around the campus with a smile on his face

A couple weeks after Prof. Kang's accident, 2NE1 released a song called 'I Am The Best'. It became an instant hit! Soon after that, Psy released a song, too. At the moment, it's the second most-watched video of all time! GD and Top are making a sub-unit. They'll release an album soon.

All this success with the YG artists has come in handy for us, the students. Ever since Mr. Kang's accident, we've been a target of all the reporters and photographers. They wanted to get any information from us so they followed us around which has been really annoying since I don't get to hang out with Wendy.

In SM, they have a strict rule against the students dating and esspecially dating someone associated with a rival company. That's why we always had to sneak out when we went on dates so the photographers wouldn't catch us. Surprisingly, we both actually enjoy that. It addds something special to every date we go on.

Taehyun's smile faded when his eyes caught Lee Hi's.

Hayi. She's the only reason why my relationship with Wendy isn't prefect... Ever since that day in Jeju, I grew bond of her. But not as a friend, like she sees me.

"Tae!" -She called him joyfully and waved to him. He faked a smile and waved back to her as he approached her. The two of them hugged

I hate this...

"You seem happy. Were you with Wendy?" -She asked

"Nah. I was just happy since the YG artists are rising to fame again. I'm really proud." -He spoke truthfully

"Yeah! I was just talking to Bobby about that." -She said and Taehyun sighed quietly

"So are you two dating? It seems like you've been spending a lot of time with him." -Taehyun said and she blushed

Oh, no.

"Well, I was going to ask you about it. You're my best friend." -She said

Kill. Me. Please.

-Taehyun thought to himself but managed to pull of a fake smile

"So, what do you think about Bobby and I actually starting a serious relationship?" -She asked

I hate that guy from the bottom of my heart. He's loud, annoying, obnoxious and you deserve better.

"I don't think that would be a good idea..." -Taehyun said instead

"Oh..." -Lee Hi said as her smile faded

"I just think that the whole thing with B.I. is kinda making things awkward. He and Bobby are best friends. You wouldn't want to be standing in the way of that, would you?" -Taehyun said and noticed that he looked upset

What am I saying to her?! Why am I making her feel guilty?

But Lee Hi then put a smile on her face. Taehyun wasn't sure if it was sincire.

"You're right. I'd hate to lose Hanna or Soohyun because of some guy. Thanks, Tae. You really helped me out." -She said and hugged Taehyun. He was speechless

She'll dump Bobby?

Because of the things I've said?
