Hanbin returned to his room and threw his sports bag on the floor as he quickly layed down on his bed

"You OK?" -Jinhwan asked him, but he didn't reply

"Why do you practice so much alone? Isn't the group practice enough for you?" -Jinhwan asked, not knowing that Hanbin had been practicing with Jennie

"No." -He finally uttered a word

"The guys from Team B, Chanhyuk and Soohyun are all going Bobby's aunt's restraunt to watch Hanna's performance on Kpop Star. Are you coming too?" -Jinhwan asked and Hanbin just shook his head

"Oh, come on, man. You've been avoiding us at any given chance lately." -Jinhwan said

"I'm not avoiding you, I've just been busy." -Hanbin said

"With what?!" -Jinhwan asked

"With practice!" -Hanbin yelled out

"Oh, yeah. Seunghoon told me that you've been practicing with that girl Jennie. Are you two dating?" -Jinhwan asked with a cheecky smile and Hanbin threw his pillow at him which made Jinhwan laugh

"I'll take that as a 'Yes'." -Jinhwan said and Hanbin just groaned

I can't say that I'm not since we're pretending like we are.

"Just give me a break. At least just you, of all people." -Hanbin said and Jinhwan smiled sweetly

"I'll tell then that you're tired, but that you're sending good luck to Hanna." -Jinhwan said

"Thank you." -Hanbin said and Jinhwan chuckled as he saw his best friend deep in thought

They said goodbye to each other and Jinhwan left the room. A few minutes later, Hanbin could hear Jinhwan and some of the others leaving the dorm and laughing together.

I should be there with them but... today is the dance competition. I can't bail on Jennie since that would make me equal to her ex.

He sighed and started getting ready. He put on a white shirt, slightly tucked it in and a pair of black pants and black shoes. He styled his hair and then decided to wait for Jennie at the parking lot, next to a van which will be taking them to the event. After a few minutes, Hanbin got frustrated since she was late

I can't believe her! This competition apparently means the world to her, but she doesn't even show up on time!

-He chuckled bitterly and then turned around. All of his frustrations dissapeared once he saw her, dressed up in a beautiful white elegant dress with her hair nicely done. He starred at her in disbelief and he noticed that

"Look, I get it! I'm late!" -She said as she sighed and entered the van. He slowly follwed, but he was still amazed

This past week, I got used to seeing her in gym clothes, without any make up and with a pony tail on.

"You... you..." -Hanbin wanted to compliment her, but he could barely utter a word. She thought he was angry at her for being late

"I'm sorry, okay?! I won't be late again." -She said

Again?

-Hanbin raised his eyebrow

I thought that we'll part ways once this competition is over. She said so herself, but... is she changing her mind now? Does she want us to see each other even after it?

They were quiet for most of the drive, until:

"Have you re-watched the dance video?" -She asked in a almost bossy tone
