Chapter 58: Wedding Dress

Taeyang could hardly open his eyes as he felt a strong headache.

W-What the hell happened to me?

He realized that he was in the Chaos Building, laying in his bed

"Taeyang?" -He heard a familiar voice ask in concern. He looked to his side and saw Dara sitting on the bed next to his.

"Oh thank God..." -She said and walked up to him and hugged him tightly.

What is going on?!

-She broke away from the hug and sighed in relief

"Dara... what happened?" -He asked

"You passed out." -She said and he raised his eyebrow

"Wait... you don't remember anything?" -She asked

"The last thing I remember is being in YG's office." -He said and she sighed

"You don't remember... Sean?" -She asked and Taeyang tensed

"That... that wasn't a dream? It was really him?" -He asked and Dara looked away, but nodded

"No... NO! There is no way it's him. If he's alive, then so are our parents!" -He said and Dara sighed. Without any explanation, she hugged him, confusing him even more

"Please tell me that that was all just a stupid nightmare..." -He begged as his voice shook

"I'm so sorry, Taeyang..." -Dara spoke truthfully. He could feel her tears streaming. The two of them held each other in a tight embrace for a few minutes and then broke away from it. Taeyang managed to calm himself down

"Can you please tell me what else happened?" -He asked her in a cold voice

"Everyone that was in YG's office when you arrived explained to you the whole situation. Turns out, Sean was the one who stabbed himself and he was very badly injured. He was in a coma for a few months and then, your parents wanted him to get some treatment."

"For the stab injury?" -Taeyang asked and Dara shook her head

"No. For his mental illness." -She said and Taeyang raised his eyebrow. Dara sighed

"You do know that he is not really your brother, right?" -Dara asked and Taeyang didn't respond

"You... you didn't know?" -She asked and he shook his head

"He is your cousin... Your aunt's son, to be exact. However, he was mistreated in his home which caused him to have a lot of issues with his mental health."

"Like what, exactly?" -Taeyang asked

"He has multiple personality disorder. There is no cure for that, but he said that the treatment he went through for all thsese years has helped him control himself more." -Dara said and Taeyang chuckled bitterly

"Can you please just explain everything to me... Quite frankly, nothing surprises me anymore at this point." -He said and Dara looked at him with sadness in her eyes.

"Sean stabbed himself and threatened Gummy that he'll make it seem like she was the one responsible for it. He was madly in love with her, but she liked someone else which obviously made him jealous. One of his personalities took over and he did what he did..." -Dara said and Taeyang's face filled with rage. He gestured her to continue

"After he woke up from the coma, your parents sent him to treatment. He was in a hospital for 2 years and YG managed to cover up the entire incident. Only a few people close to Sean knew about it, but President Yang solved that issue, as well." -Dara said, but Taeyang still seemed furious
