Chapter 95: Gotta Be You

Seungri listened carefully to the lyrics that Team B were singing. He insisted that they performed their new song because he felt like he could relate to the lyrics a lot and the melody of the song was calming

Just like they sang in that song... I'll have to let go of CL. I'll have to let her be happy with the guy she truly loves and who loves her.

-Seungri thought to himself and sighed. Just then, he felt someone's hands on his shoulder and he turned around. He saw CL smiling at him

"Hey, Ri. Why the long face?" -She asked and he faked a smile

"Nothing... The song was just really sad." -He said. Top and Gummy climbed the stage and started perfoming and CL smiled at them

"Hey, I just wanted to thank you for this wedding. It's everything that GD and I wanted. I still can't believe you did all this for us." -CL said and he chuckled

"Well, I needed a distraction." -He said and CL raised her eyebrow

"Why?" -She asked

"Because the girl of my dreams is marrying my best friend." -Seungri said and CL looked at him in disbelief

"Why this, again..." -CL said angirly as she sighed

"Don't worry. I won't screw up the wedding nor do anything stupid. I just had to get that off my chest." -He said

"I thought you moved on. I thought you moved on years ago." -She said

"I thought so too, but... ever since you two announced your engagement, I... I couldn't stop thinking about it." -Seungri said and CL just started walking away

"Where are you going?" -Seungri asked her

"I need some fresh air..." -She said

Where is Chaerin going and why does she look angry?

-Top thought to himself as he stood on stage and looked at CL who was leaving. He glanced at Seungri who was calling out for her

Oh no... Did he say something to her? That idiot didn't confess to her, did he?

-But Top sighed, knowing that Seungri did in fact just do that

Top rapped his lines and Gummy sang the chorus one last time. The guests cheered for them and Top put his hand around Gummy as they both bowed. Top climbed down the stage and wanted to approach Bom who was smiling at him, but his eyes caught Hanbin who seemed like he was looking for someone

What is that boy up to?

-Top thought to himself and approached Hanbin 

"Mr. Choi! Have you seen GD?" -Hanbin asked and Top raised his eyebrow

"Yeah. Why are you asking?" -Top asked

"There is a man looking for him. He says he's his dad." -Hanbin said and Top froze while Hanbin continued looking around. He was about to walk away, but Top grabbed his hand which confused Hanbin

"I'll go get GD. You just enjoy the party." -Top said as he faked a smile. As soon as Hanbin left, an angry look appeared on Top's face

That pig... He dared to come here. He'll try to ruin their wedding.

Top's anger rose to the point where he was almost shaking. Bom suddenly approached him

"What's going on? Why do you look upset?" -She asked
