Chapter 94: Just Go

Jennie, along with Hayi, Hanna, Junhoe, Jinhwan and Soohyun were at GD and CL's party

Hayi was nice enough to invite me here with her friends... even though I have bad memories with some of them...

-Jennie glanced at Hanna and Soohyun, who was also looking at her. They awkwardy looked away and Jennie sighed

When Hayi and her friends first got to YGU, The President canceled my debut for next year. Next year, he decided to put me in a girl group. When my girl group was supposed to debut, YG debuted WINNER instead. I felt so angry! I worked so hard and dedicated my life into this company for years, yet he debuts a group of students who've been here for less than 3 years.

Because of that, I became angry towards all of the top 15 students and, on one ocassion, I stumbled across Sooyhun. Me and some of my bandmates started teasing her until Hanna appeared.

Jennie glanced at Hanna who was resting on Junhoe's shoulder as he was talking to Bobby. Jennie smiled as she looked at them

They're a really cute couple and I'm so happy that they got back together. The whole university was talking about their breakup when Hanna left YGU.

"Uh...want some?" -Jennie's thoughts were interrupted by Soohyun offering her juice. Jennie was slighty surprised to see her next to her

"Yeah. Thank you." -Jennie said and Soohyun just smiled and nodded.

I can't believe this. I did expect juice, but in my face since I thought she'd throw her drink at me. She has every right to be angry at me, but I guess all the stories, about her being a really nice person towards everyone, are true.

"Soohyun?" -Jennie called her and Soohyun approached her. She looked confused

"I just wanted to tell you how sorry I am about--"

"It's okay. You had every right to be angry, but maybe not at me." -Soohyun said and they both smiled, but Jennie took a deep breath and continued

"I am really sorry for me and my bandmates being that way towards you. We really didn't mean any of the things we said." -Jennie spoke truthfully and Soohyun nodded

"Thank you. Hayi told me that you were going through a hard time, so I understand. I hope we can start over now." -Soohyun said with a smile and Jennie nodded. They glanced at Hayi who was walking off stage, with Bobby right behind her

When I was told that I'd have to collab with Lee Hi, I wanted to decline the offer right away since I didn't want to go near any of the top 15 students. However, YG promised me that my debut will come sooner if I prove that he can trust me so I ended up recording a song with her. During our studio sessions, I really bonded with her and the whole image of the top 15 students that I created in my head, suddenly dissapeared.

"Hayi, you were amazing!" -Soohyun said and high-fived her, but Hayi seemed to be in her own thoughts and didn't even look at Soohyn when she high-fived her. Bobby approached them, but not with his iconic big smile. He looked confused and nervous. Suddenly, an awkward silence occured as they all just exchanged looks

"So... are you two back together?" -Jennie asked and broke the silence. They all raised their eyebrows at her and she just shrugged

"I-I don't know..." -Bobby finally spoke. Lee Hi seemed surprised by his answer

"So... there is a chance that we might be?" -Hayi asked and he nodded

"Congrats?" -Jinhwan said, but it sounded like a question
