"What about this?" My mama held up a beanie that looked like a football.

I shook my head yes, "That is so cute! What do you think little ones?" I rubbed my stomach and talked to the growing babies inside of me. "Aw look at these!" I picked up a pair of newborn cowboy boots and remembered how I had saw a pair like this before.

"I am definitely getting this!" My mama squealed and I enjoyed seeing her genuinely happy. "It says 'Grandmas Boy'" She tossed it in the arm basket she was carrying and grabbed another of a different color, throwing it in as well.

"Hey mama I'm getting kind of hungry. We should go get some food." I suggested as I took a seat on a rocker that was set up for sale. I put my hand on my forehead feeling light headed.

"Oh just a few more minutes won't hurt you." She sorted through the basket, taking a recount on what she had already got. She bustled off to another aisle and I could hear the sound of the hangers hitting each other.

I didn't have time to protest when I leaned over feeling as if I might throw up.

"Jessalynn!" I heard my mama's voice calling my name in a panicky tone. I felt as if I couldn't open my eyes and it seemed impossibly hard to make a noise. "Jess!" I felt light taps on my cheeks like she was trying to get my attention. I wanted to respond but I felt incapable.

"Is everything okay ma'am?" I heard another woman's voice.

I flickered my eyes open. "Mama?" I said groggily and only held my eyes open for a few seconds at a time.

"Yes baby girl I'm right here." She caressed my hand while sighing in relief and placing a kiss on my cheek. "Are you alright? Do you feel okay?" She asked me as she held me up into sitting position.

I shielded my eyes from the light and groaned from the sudden migraine that was taunting me. "I'm fine." I replied. I wasn't sure if that was entirely true but I couldn't make a scene anymore than I already have.

"Do y'all have any water?" My mama turned around to the lady and asked her. The lady shook her head yes and scurried off. "She's gonna get you some water." She used the back of her hand to feel my cheeks. "You're sweating like crazy." She said worriedly. "Oh my gosh you are burning up with a fever." She placed her her hand on my sweaty forehead.

The lady arrived with a cold water bottle and handed it to me. "Is there anything else I can get you?" She asked, concerned. I shook my head no and gulped down the clear liquid.

"Thank you hon." My mother thanked the sweet worker and went back to be concerned about me. "We are going to get you to the hospital. It's not normal for this to happen." She picked up her purse and helped me stand up.

"No. I'm fine mama. Like I said I'm just hungry." I gently nudged her away from me and continued to walk on my own to our hand basket that was set on the floor. I picked it up and walked towards the registers.

"You are going to the hospital whether you want to or not." She notified me as we neared the register. I walked slowly, still feeling quite dizzy. I am hopeful that food will help minimize that.

"I'm not going. Please just trust me, I'm fine." I protested and leaned over the checkout counter contemplating if I should find a trash bin or not.

"I'm trusting my motherly instinct." She paid the cashier and I rubbed my stomach, remembering my twin sons. Even if I'm willing to risk myself I can't risk them. But truly, I was feeling better by the second.

"I wouldn't do anything to risk my sons mother." I assured her as I followed her through the automatic doors. She realized I was far behind her and slowed down, waiting for me to catch up. "Can we just go get something to eat?" I pleaded, giving her my best puppy dog expression. My head was however spinning a mile a minute and I struggled to keep my balance but I hope that will all subside once I get some food into my system.
