Holden Snider - Son of Eros

Once upon a time, oh around the year 1989, Eros was partying it up in Miami and met a beautiful young woman by the name of Jane Caldwell, a lead singer in an up-and-coming local band that had high hopes for a record deal someday. After a few weeks of courting her, he left and moved on, but come to find out; she was pregnant with his child. She struggled on, putting her singing dreams on hold to care for her child. By the time the child was born, the guitarist in the band had fallen head over heels in love with Jane, and they married to raise Holden together.

For a couple of years they put their band on hold, but with a new drummer in their ranks, they started playing around locally. So this was how Holden was raised, being dragged around, to location after location, while his parents played. This went on for years, their parents became fairly well known with a small fan base, but had yet to really hit it big. At 12 Holden experienced his first hellhound attack, which is when a satyr made itself known and with its help, they were able to kill the hellhound. His mother took news of him being a demigod, somewhat well surprisingly, though really the idea of having him at a camp during all his breaks, so she could be free to tour with the band and not have to worry about him was quite appealing.

From 12 to 16 he spent most of the time at either camp, in boarding school, or on the road with his parents. Tragedy struck at 16 when his mother was killed in a plane crash while on their way back home from doing a gig in California, a gig that would have led to a big record deal, had she not died. Kyle was too depressed to take care of Holden and didn't really care what he did or where he went, he gave him half the money from Jane's life insurance policy and basically told him to get lost. So for the next two years from 16 to 18 he spent more and more of his time at camp instead of school.

At 18, while on a quest, he met Circe, she was beautiful and he was instantly enamoured with her, and she him. Once the quest was done she asked if he'd come back to the island to be with her, he agreed and did actually go back. For returning to her, she made it so he wouldn't age, and for 4 years this worked out quite well for the both of them. That is until his flirty play boy ways got the better of him, and she caught him in bed with one of her nymph/servants. Outraged she wanted to kill him, but instead, she decided it would be more fun to see him suffer. She cursed him, so that he cannot feel touch, granted he can't feel pain either as a side effect but no touch. He's wandered around for the last few weeks, unsure of where to go or what to do, so he's made his way back at camp, hoping for a safe haven while he gets things figured out.
