Around 20 or so years ago, Persephone fell in love with a mortal, the owner of a family run Florist shop. As him and Persephone were carrying on a romance, he was so struck by her beauty, he planted her a beautiful rose bush. For a few months he nurtured and cared for the rose bush daily, but one day, Persephone left a baby girl on the florist's door step, with a note attached explaining who she was, and why she had to go away. The florist was heart broken, realising there was no way he could raise the child alone, he moved across the country to live with his parents, leaving the rose bush unattended.
I guess you can guess by now, I was attached to the rose bush, for years my bush grew wild, and unattended, but I soon started to die, from lack of care. Persephone, not wanting to see the bush or me die, uprooted my bush and planted it outside the cabin where her children sleep at camp, and breathed new life into me. The flowers on my bush now flourish, I am indebted to Persephone and her children, for taking care of my plant so that I could live.
