Everyone knows the story of Hephaestus and Aphrodite, they're married, he loves her, she cheats on him with Ares, he's always trying to catch them in the act, it's quite the circle they have going on. One day Hephaestus decided he wanted to try and get on his wife's good side, knowing how much she loved beautiful things, he made me, to serve her. He took lots of time on me, and made me as beautiful as he could, hoping that he would be rewarded for his hard work.
The day he chose to find his beloved and give me to her as a gift, instead he found her with Ares, not so much in the act, but it was heavily implied. He was enraged, and I was forgotten. For years I remained, tossed aside in his, well what I used to call the junk pile. One day he decided to clean house so to speak, and left off a pile of his unused or unwanted trinkets and gadgets outside his children's cabin at camp.
That's when Victor Halen found me. He felt I was worth fixing, and made me whole again, clean, new, better than ever. He is my saviour, I would do anything for him, I stay at camp now and help when it is needed, enjoying my new found life and freedom.
