"Ex..She's my ex girlfriend." Sam says glaring at Riley.
Riley chuckles and cuddles closer to Sam who rolls her eyes and pushes her away.
"Hey! Don't be like that. We had a serious thing going on before the world went to shit." Riley pouts.
Sam shakes her head and walks over to Beth and stands next to her.
"If it was so serious why did you cheat on me?" Sam snaps.
"I...I don't know..I was in a bad place...You know that..." Riley replies sadly.
"It took me a long time to move on...And I'm proud to say I've moved on...I have a new girlfriend..." Sam says moving closer to Beth.
"You do?" Riley asks hurt.
"Mmhmm." Sam hums and wraps her arm around Beth. "This is Beth. She's my girlfriend." Sam smiles.
"She is?"
"I am?"
Sam quickly looks at Beth and Beth's eye widen.
"I am. We've been together for a few months now." Beth smiles at Riley.
Riley raises her eyebrow and folds her arms.
"Well. I'm happy for you." Riley smiles and turns around to walk away.
"Wait. Where are you going?" Sam asks stepping forward.
"Leaving."
"You can stay here, with us. I know you. Even though you broke my heart and broke my trust...I still trust you...Just not in a way where I would date you again. But first. I have to ask your other group members a few questions." Sam says gesturing to the two people behind Riley.
Riley nods her head.
"Yeah, seems fair."
She points to a tall, well built man and he walks over and sits down.
"What's your name?"
"Gavin."
"How many walkers have you killed?"
He laughs and scratches his head.
"A lot."
"How many people have you killed?"
"None."
"Why?"
"I don't kill the living, unless they try to kill me." He shrugs.
Sam smiles to herself, maybe Rick would like him.
Lastly she points to a girl around her age, light brown hair and, black ripped jeans and black converse. With a lip peircing. She looked badass.
"What's your name?" Sam asks looking deep into the girls blue eyes, they looked like the ocean..
"Ariana."
Sam's eyes went wide. That name didn't fit her look.
"How many walkers have you killed?"
"A shit ton."
Sam chuckles lightly at this and Ariana just smirks.
"How many people have you killed?"
"Hmm...Maybe two..Or three."
"Why?"
"My parents were bit...Then someone tried to attack me and I shot them by accident. Son of a bitch gave me this." She says lifting her shirt up to reveal a scar going across her stomach.
"What's going on?" Rick's angry voice could be heard around the cell block as he stormed to where Sam was.
He aimed his gun at the three strangers.
"Rick, calm down. I know her." Sam says pointing to Riley. "I trust her. I asked the questions so chill the fuck out. They're good people."
Rick lowers his gun and nods his head.
"Welcome to the group. You try anything and I will not hesitate to kill you." Rick growls.
"You're the boss." Gavin salutes Rick.
"Yeah." Rick nods his head. "Yeah I am."
The group entered the cell block, and as Ariana walked past Sam, Sam couldn't help but stare at her. Something about her gave her butterflies.
"Wow. Considering we're dating...You sure like checking out other girls." Beth giggles.
"Huh? What?" Sam asks giving Beth a confused look.
"You were staring at Ariana."
"Oh...."
Beth smiles and goes to walk away, but Sam gently pulls her back.
"Thanks for going along with being my girlfriend...I just...I didn't want her thinking that I'm not over her which I am...She'd probably make a move on me..." Sam rambles on.
Beth looks away and sees Riley staring, so without thinking she wraps her arms around Sam's neck and leans in.
Their lips gently touch and Sam wraps her arms around Beth and pulls her closer.
Beth pulls away and Sam looks at Beth's lips. Wanting more.
"Sorry...Riley was staring and I panicked." Beth whispers.
"I don't care." Sam whispers and pulls Beth in again and kisses her again.
Tasting her.
Feeling her.
She tangles her hand in Beth's hair and gently pulls on it.
"Woah...What the heck is going on here?" Maggie asks walking over to them and wiping her eyes.
They jump apart and Beth looks away.
"Our Dad could die and you're kissing her!? Is there something going on between you two or something?" Maggie asks angrily.
Riley gives a confused look and Beth takes Sam's hand in hers.
"I'll explain later." Beth whispers before she shouts. "YOU KNOW ME AND SAM ARE DATING!! YOU JUST GOTTA ACCEPT THAT!"
Everyone turns their attention to Beth and Daryl looks down from the perch and smirks, Ellie has a huge smile on her face as do everyone else, except for Rick and Maggie.
Fuck...What have I gotten myself in to now? Sam thinks to herself.
A/N: WHAT ABOUT THAT MID SEASON PREMIRE THOUGH!!! Caaaaaaarl!!! I will admit. I cried when Rick had to cut off Jessie's hand. ONLY because of his reaction. Those images of when he first saw her, she was the first woman he had seen in that way since Lori, and the way those images turned red as he did it..Holy crap...I also cried when Maggie thought Glenn was gonna die....Meeeeeeeeep. Can't wait for next week!!!!
