Tom's POV

As soon as I told him, I broke down again. I felt my legs give out beneath me, as I began to sob.

Jordan caught me, and helped me over to his couch. He sat down with me. He looked at me, with his eyebrows furrowed in concern. I felt weak, just crying there as Jordan stared at me. I could tell he was going to just keep staring, so I tried to explain to him.

"I-I told my dad and h-he told me he hated me!" I sobbed, my voice elevating in pitch at the end of my sentence. I could feel Jordan's warm hands grab mine.

"Oh Tom, I'm sorry," I heard him whisper to me.

"He said h-he never wanted to see me aga-gain, and he wanted m-me to move ou-t as soon as I go back h-home," I hiccuped. My tears kept pouring out of my eyes, I could barley keep them open. I could see Jordan's blurred figure wrap around me. I felt safe in his arms.

"I don't know what I'm go-onna do!" I sobbed.

"It'll be okay," he told me. "I can help you find an apartment, and I could visit England to help you move in and get you settled in, okay?" he tried reassuring me. I lifted my head from his shoulder.

"I-I'm ruining your shirt," I said, laughing through my sobs.

"That's okay, I've got plenty just like it. Trust me," he joked. That made me feel better.

"I'm glad I t-told you first Jordan," I said to him.

"I'm glad you told me too," he said to me. Jordan continued to calm me down, as we looked through some apartments in England that I could move to.
