"Are you sure no one can see us here?" tanong ni Sophie habang karga ko siya.

I smirked. "Baby, don't you trust me?"

She slightly shrugged her shoulders.

"What is that mean?" tanong ko.

"Do you really think na sasama ako sayo dito sa Spain if I don't trust you?" she raised her perfect brow.

"Yes," determinado kong tugon.

She frowned. "How?"

I smiled wickedly. "Kikidnapin kita. I will f*ck you til you run out of strength. Surely, mapapagod ka at makakatulog. Pagkagising mo andito ka na sa Spain."

Tinitigan niya ako ng masama. "You're unbelievable, Berrones," umiiling niyang sambit.

Di ko mapigilang matawa sa naging reaksiyon niya. I looked around. Sa tingin ko nasa gitna na kami kaya dahan-dahan ko siyang ibinaba.

Tumitingin-tingin siya sa paligid habang manghang-mangha na tinitigan yung mga ubas. I knew she's going to love this place. She's perfectly home now.

Before she could make one step away from me I wrapped my arm around her waist. "Sa tingin mo ba kaya ko yun gawin sayo?" I asked, stroking her hair.

"No. Dahil kaya kong protektahan ang sarili ko laban sa mga kidnappers," she said, smirking.

"Baby, I would never let anyone touch even a single tip of your hair. I will protect you no matter what it cost even if it means I'm gonna lose my life. Because I can't stand the thought of losing you, Soph. It would kill me. I love you. I love you so much and if I have to wait..."

"I love you too, Gavin."

Did I hear it right?

Napamaang ako sa sinabi niya. Halos hindi ako makapag-salita. At bumilis yung pagtibok ng puso ko. Totoo ba yung narinig ko na galing sa kanyang bibig?

"W-What did you just say, Baby?" I asked, holding her beautiful face. She looked perfect. Her eyes were stunning. They spoke to me like telling me how true her words are but I had to hear it coming from her mouth.

"Yes, Gavin, I love you..."

"Since... when did you realize it? Please, Baby, tell me... I feel like my heart would explode in happiness."

She gave me a sweet smile that could melt an iceberg. "Does it matter?" she asked, wrapping her arms around me.

"No. Of course not, Sweetheart. Your love for me matters most. Ang tagal kong hinintay na darating ang araw na sabihin mo yan sa akin," namamaos na yung boses ko. Bigla kasing sumikip yung dibdib ko. My eyes were getting hot and red, probably. I wanna cry and I wouldn't lie about it.

"What I said on our vows were perfectly true, Gavin. I love you since the day you turned me upside down. The first time you'd kissed me, my heart pounded so fast. And you're the only man who could make my knees trembled. You always make me feel I'm special..."

"Oh, Soph, I can't believe it's really happening to me, to us. You make me the luckiest man on Earth...always... Wait, napatawad mo na ba ako?" Kinabahan ako sa maaari niyang isagot.

She shook her head. "I don't have to. Alam kong lahat ng sinabi mo sa Italy ay totoo."

Naguguluhan ako. Eagerness pushed me so hard to know about her meeting with Sab. Pero sa tingin ko mukhang maganda yung naidulot nito.
