My Cinderella Story (Liam Payne)

CHAPTER 15

I never imagined myself as perfect. Infact I know I'm not perfect. But,Liam said I was. And now that makes me the happiest girl in the world.

"Sarah, wake up. Wake up." Liam was hovering over me on the couch. I opened my eyes. "Oh thank goodness." He picked me up and hugged me. I thought you had a concussion." Liam sighed. He set me back down.

"I hurt." I groaned. "I know,but atleast the bleeding stopped." Liam said. "Did they leave with all the stuff?" I asked. "No,I got it." He pointed to a pile on the floor.

"Why do bad things always happen to me? " I asked. "What do you mean?" Liam asked back. I sighed. "I mean bad things always happen to me! Them, Aubrey, my "mom"." A tear streamed down my face.

"I don't know." Replied Liam. "But, I'm a good thing, right?" I looked at him. "You're the best thing that ever happened to me." I replied.

"You too." He smiled. "Ever since I met you, I've been happier. You make me smile. You're shy, and nice, and sweet, and not like anyone else, your beautiful."

Did he just call me.....beautiful?

"No ones ever called me that, except my parents." I blushed.

I hugged him as hard as I could because he's one of the nicest people I've ever met. "Thank you. For everything. You've saved me so many times." I cried into his shoulder.

"Your welcome, and I like saving you." He said. "Your sisters should be home any minute, it's 3:30." He said. "Ok, I feel horrible but I bet I'll heal tomorrow. It's really just gonna be some bruises." I said as I got up. I've been hurt so many times I heal faster than a normal person. The punches in the gut and stuff is normal.

"Hey Liam told us about the accident are you okay?!" Jewels asked as her,Cory,Mattie, and Liv walked through the door.

"Yea, it's fine. Just some cuts and bruises " I assured them. "Well that's just plain mean!!" Cory yelled. "Who does that?!?" I shrugged and laid on the couch. "I don't know about going to school tomorrow,I still feel sick and every part of my body is throbbing." I say.

"Well today Aubrey left us alone, so it was kinda fun! But not cuz u weren't there, we really missed you." Liv said. "That's nice. So you guys are like, friends?" I pointed to Mattie and Liv then Jewels and Cory. "Yep!!" They yelled. "Good!" I smiled hugely. I hope Mattie and Liv stay this way.

"I'm sorry but I have to go, Harry called and he's home alone and apperently "made a mistake in the kitchen." Liam sighed. "Ok, bye!" I chuckled.

"We have to visit mom, do you think Jewels and Cory can come with us?" Mattie asked. "Yea, but they can't come in her room." I said. I struggled to get up and got dressed. I came downstairs. "That hurt, but I am ready!" I waved a hand in the air. We all got in the car and I drove us to the Hospital.

"Hello girls." Miss.Hurlbutt greeted Mattie and Liv. "Hi mom!" They said. But they didn't seem too happy. I wonder if they just realized their mom needs to be in prison.

"I've done all my chores and everything no need to worry." I told Miss.Hurlbutt as I walked out. I did NOT feel like talking to her.

I walked out into the hallway and Jewels and Cory weren't where I left them. I looked around a little. They weren't there. "Jewels, Cory?" Nothing. Lord knows they belong in a cage!!!

I went around our floor looking for them. Where could they be?! Then I ran no to a dark, little corner with a vending machine. I walked towards it. Then someone grabbed my shoulders. "Boo!!" Cory yelled. I turned around with a straight face. "Seriously? You made me walk the whole floor for this?" "Well someone's not a happy camper." She pouted.

"Wheres Jewels?" I ask. "Right here!" She pops out behind the vending machine. "Let's play hide and seek!" She squealed. "Ok!" Me and Cory yelled. "Cory's it!" Jewels yelled as me and her ran off. This is a big,big,big, hospital. It has 50 floors. I don't know where to go!!

I ran into an elevator and pressed the top button. I got out and it was an empty floor. Like a haunted floor. I slowly creeped around a little, until I heard the elevator doors open."AH! Oh few it's you." I said as Jewels walked in. "Woah, who died on this floor. There must be spirits everywhere." She whispered.

"Spirits." I chuckled. Jewels may have a bit of an active imagination. We walked through rooms and hallways. Creepy. Just plain creepy. We got to a small corner with a ladder attached to the wall.

"No." I glared at her. "Yay!!!" She climbed up the ladder anyways. I climbed after her because you never know, she might fall with her clumsiness. She got up and didn't say anything. "Jewels?" I got up and realized why she was speechless.

It was an empty roof top. Old looking, but cool. And it had the nicest view I've ever seen.

"Wow." Jewels whispered. You could see my house. It was awesome, and I'm not much for looking at views. We stood there for a while and decided to go back down before someone found us. Jewels took a picture and followed me back down.

"That was really pretty." She said. "Yea." I agreed as we left the haunted floor. We got back down and split up. I went to floor 10. As I was walking I saw Cory pass a corner. I ran into a room before she saw me. Then I realized I barged into someone's hospital room. "Oh I'm sorry I'll just-"

I turned around and stopped. "Justin?" He was laying in a hospital bed with a cast around his arm and a black and purple face.Cody was by standing by him with a black eyes and bruises all over him. Logan was also by him with a black eye and scratches.

"Your boy friend beat the crap out of me at your house." He scowled. "And I thought I got mad." Cory frowned. "Never messin with that hulk again." He muttered. "Um, I'm gonna go..." I ran out. Liam beat them up BAD. But it was for me!!! Great. Now I sound like some girl who wears pink and wants to waltz through flowers. Not that I'm emo or something, cuz I'm NOT.

I walked around until Cory found me. "It's okay Jewels was caught first." She smiled. "Well I think we need to go." I said. "But I wanted to hide!!" Cory fake pouted. Me and Jewels laughed.

"Let's go." I stopped in the doorway of Miss.Hurlbutts room. "Bye Mom! Good luck with surgery tomorrow!" Liv said. We all walked to the car.

I dropped Jewels and Corn off and drove home. "I'm so tired!" I said as I dropped in bed. I'm also soor, getting beat up can heart like heck!
