"How's this one?" Asked Jewels as she held a long, green dress in the dress shop. "It's pretty." I nodded. She looked at it for a while and nodded with me. "You're right it's awful I'll go look more."
Rolling my eyes, I walked towards Cory who was staring intently at a sparkly white dress. "I'm bored." I sighed.
"Well you're the one who volunteered to go dress shopping with us for prom." Cory suddenly made a disgusted face as the dress when she checked the tag and walked away from it.
"I thought it wouldn't be this boring."
"Help me look and we can leave sooner!"
"Fine." I grumbled and walked around looking for something Cory wouldn't burn if it was too ugly. Let's just say she kind of picky when it comes to clothes.
"Oh. My. Gosh. Look who's here!" A screechy, yet strangely powerful voice sneered from across the room. It's sad that I've heard that awful voice so many times that I know who's talking, Aubrey.
"Ew, I can't believe they're touching these dresses. The store is probably contaminated now." She laughed with her bleached blond friend who had talked to me before about Niall.
"Hi." I waved as if we were friends. Maybe being nice to them will scare em off. I spotted a peach dress Cory might like so I walked towards it, but before I could take it off the rack a pair of greedy little hands grabbed it.
"Oh, I'm sorry. Did you want this?" Aubrey's friend gave me the pouty face. "This isn't for me, dumb butt." I rolled my eyes. "My name isn't dumb butt. It's Jennifer." She flipped her hair.
"Does it look like I give two craps about your name? Quit being a jerk and give me the dress." I ordered, her and Aubrey gasped. "You did not just say that." Aubrey snapped her fingers.
"Oh, but I did." Smiling evilly, I snatched the dress out of her hands and walked off. "Have a nice day." I winked before i was completely out of sight.
Where the heck did that come from? I don't even know about myself anymore, I guess I'm not as vulnerable as I thought.
"I picked out this one for you, I hope you like it." I handed Cory the dress. "I went through a lot to get it."
"It's beautiful! I'll go try it on!" She smiled and took off. After that I looked for Jewels, where is she?
I heard a squeal come from the other side of the store and ran towards it. "Look at it!" It's perfect!" Jewels showed me a purple dress that was short and ruffly, it was really pretty. "I love it!" I smiled. "Yay!" Jewels ran to the dressing room.
I sat on a chair by the door and waited, I just wanna get out of here. After about fifteen minutes Jewels and Cory walked towards me with their normal clothes on and bags in their hands. "Where's your dresses?" I asked.
"In here." Jewels pointed to her bag. "We tried them on and bought them, but we wanted you to wait to see us in them!" Cory squealed with Jewels, but I just sat there, a blank expression painted on my face.
"What is this a wedding and I'm the groom or something?! I wanted to see you guys!" I whined. "Trust me, we looked good, but you were all the way over here and we didn't want to come get you and take longer, so we hurried up and bought them." Jewels smiled, but I still frowned and got up.
"Come all the way here with you guys and don't even get to see you in your dresses." I rolled my eyes as we walked out.
The mall is packed today, I'm not surprised though, what do you expect from a Saturday? While we were walking to Rue21 a pair of strong arms wrapped around my waist as I screamed.
