Stumbling in through the door with frozen legs and a numbed face, hands, body and everything in general. Nymeria just sat wagging her tail as the guys dragged in the sledge, watching us with amused eyes. I stumbled to get off the ground and Jay lifted me up and held me still while I stumbled around laughing.

“God it’s cold,” I say when I finally got my feet sorted.

“That’s usually what snow is,” Jay said laughing as I stumbled around like a drunken child. I poked my tongue out at him and started to put the stuff away, I noticed the gleam in his eyes when the very little meat came out. “Are you a vegetarian as well? I didn’t see you eating any meat the other day,” he said and I looked up from the bag in my hand.

“Not really, but I knew were so I thought I’d give it a go,” I say smiling before opening the fridge and put away the capsicum and apples. Jay found the bag full of junk and gave me a look,

“You’re bad,” he said, but humour was sparkling in his eyes.

“I’ve got skittles as well,” I say in my protest, “And when you’re stuck inside with board games and candles for a week and the alcohol runs out then you need sugar to do stupid stuff,” I say taking the bag and climbed onto the bench so I could put it in the cupboard up high where I kept my stash of interesting stuff. I heard him laugh and then walk away to where Max was talking to Jayne on the phone.

“What do you mean!” He said rather loudly catching everyone’s sudden attention.

“What is it?” Tom said next to him but Max lifted his hand for silence.

“Yeah… Okay, we could do that but we wouldn’t be able to edit it right…” he continued into the phone, holding us in silence for another moment.

“If you’re talking about recording your music I know how to do it, editing and all,” I say and Max looked up to where I was standing on the bench.

“Ah Jayne just wait a moment Arria said she could edit them for us…” He stopped to listen before saying to me, “How much experience have you got?”

“I use to do Ricky’s when he was starting up, I also use to do it for Short Stack back in their early days because my mate was friends with them so I gave them cheap deals,” I say shrugging, “You don’t have to, it’ll just save you time,” I finished. He nodded and repeated it into the phone for Jayne on the other end. She sounded slightly reluctant but agreed after a little persuasion.

“Just as long as you don’t tweet any lyrics or anything,” Max said hanging up, I nodded and replied,

“I don’t even have a twitter,” before laughing. The looked slightly dumb struck and Nathan persisted on making one for me.

“But you’re going to be a famous actress soon as well as golden globe winning director and producer,” he said bumping shoulders with me. I laughed before saying,

“You forgot something,” he frowned and thought for a moment,

“And a good friend of The Wanted?”

“Yeah, and…”

“An editor?”

“No.” I say smiling as he seriously started to think. I sighed and pulled the pen from behind my ear and started to pretend to write, he frowned for a moment before Siva said,

“Writer?”

“YES!” I say laughing and Tom and Max gave Nathan a hard time for not getting it when Siva the oblivious noticed and Nathan hadn’t.

“Oh Shut up,” Nathan said with humour in his eyes as he pushed away Tom. I laughed and headed out of the kitchen to get some firewood from a small shed in the backyard, not sure if I wanted to dare the cold again. Being as clumsy as Jay wasn’t what I would call great for my already tainted reputation, though it wasn’t like I didn’t mind being in his arms… What! No! No you DON’T think of him like that! I almost scream at myself. I blushed and pulled on some proper gloves and my wet shoes.
