Louis rushed into the kitchen and saw Marian in Harry's arms on the ground. "What are you doing?"  It was then he saw the blood on the floor. "Oh my God! What happened?" He asked as he rushed to her side. "Marian!"

Harry continued to hold her in his arms. "We were talking and as I was leaving she screamed my name," he said. "Where is the bloody ambulance?" He said to no one in particular.

Kaia rushed to them as Zayn was on the phone calling the paramedics. Tears streaming down her face when she saw how pale Marian was and the blood that was now running down her legs. "Marian! Oh God wake up!" She looked on the two men on either side of her best friend and her heart broke for the both of them. "Where is the God damn ambulance?" she yelled.

All of their families were watching, stunned. They didn't know what was going on. Marian's mom stood in her husband's arms and cried as she saw her daughter lying on the floor.

"Marian!" Harry continued to call her name, but he wasn't getting any response. The amount of blood that was on her legs, he knew it wasn't good. He glanced up at Louis and saw that almost all of the color from his face was completely drained. He reached out and took a hold of his arm, while keeping Marian's head in his lap. "It's going to be okay Lou," he said quietly.

The sound of the sirens could be heard coming down the drive. Zayn met them at the door. "Hurry please!" he pleaded with them.

"What happened?" One of them asked.

"She....she and I were just talking and then I left her alone and she screamed my name," Harry said. "And when I came back here into the kitchen, she was falling to the ground and there was....there was blood."

"How far along is she?" They asked as they began to check her vitals.

"Eight months," Louis said.

"Sir, I'm going to need you," one of the paramedics said to Louis and then looked at Harry. "You as well, need to move so we can work on her." He then all but shoved Kaia to the side as well.

Harry reluctantly stepped away and he had to pry Louis from her side.

"Harry....I....."

"We need to let them do their job Lou," he said.

"IV of saline," one of the paramedics said. "Is her husband here? Is she married?"

"I'm her husband," Harry said moving closer again.

"Blood pressure is 90/46. Pulse is thready." The other paramedic said. "Pulse ox is at 80%. Any known drug use?"

"No!" Kaia said emphatically.

"What's wrong?" Louis asked, scared. "You have to tell me what's wrong with her!"

"We don't know. And you are?"

"Her....." he began and then glanced at Harry. "I'm her friend."

Kaia's heart broke. By law Harry was still her husband, but Louis was more than her friend and he didn't have a legal right to speak on her behalf. She moved to Louis' side and took his hand in hers.

The paramedic looked at Harry again. "We need to get her to hospital. Sir, I'll need you to follow to fill out paperwork."

Harry merely nodded.

"I'll take you," Gemma said as she moved to his side.

"Any problems with her pregnancy?"

"No, none." Louis said. To which the paramedic looked between him and Harry.
