Zayn took Kaia home and they filled his family in what had happened with Marian and the baby. After they left, they played with the twins for a little while before putting them down for the night. As they themselves got ready for bed, he could tell she was still on edge and he tried to get her to relax. He ran her a hot bath and made her get in despite her protests and he crawled in behind her. And he just held her. He knew that's what she needed. He whispered words of love to her and tried to reassure her that Marian would always need her in her life and that she would never be alone again. That she would always have her and that he would always be in her life. That nothing would ever tear them apart.
During the next few days they planned a small get together for the twins' first birthday. It wasn't going to be anything too over the top as they didn't know when Marian and William would be able to leave the hospital and Kaia needed to get ready for her upcoming radio tour. Even though she was dreading it. Especially when they would go to the States. The thought terrified her. At least in the U.K. they seemed to be in their own little bubble.
Marian held William as she gave him his bottle. Because of her infection and the IV antibiotics she was being given, she couldn't breast feed. She was very angry about it but at the same time she understood.
After a while she and Louis sent her parents and his family back to their house so they could rest. Louis insisted on staying with her. They had the nurses bring William to them as often as possible. He was going through his own rounds of antibiotics. He was thriving. Showing improvement everyday.
Marian was tired, but never too tired for her son. Louis took dozens of pictures of them. And he posted quite a few to his Instagram as well as Twitter. With several hashtags. Social media of course went through the roof. Many of the fans had come to accept what was and hundreds of thousands of them shared their happiness. But there were of course many others couldn't get over the fact that Marian was still in fact married to Harry and that she'd now had a child with another man.

After two days in the hospital, she was feeling better. But she was still tired. She and Louis were just sitting in her room with William. Her parents had been there visiting, and then left to get some dinner with his family. Marian looked out the window and could see the city lights of London. She looked at Louis who was holding his son close and whispering to him.
"What are you telling our son?" She asked with a smile.
He couldn't help but grin. "Secrets," he said with a wink.
Dr. Buchanan and Dr. Brady stood outside of Marian's door again. Files in hand. They could hear laughter coming from her room, but they couldn't delay the news any longer. They knocked on the door and stepped inside.
