Over the next few weeks, Katia was a frequent visitor to the Malik house. She wanted to spend more time with her sister as well as her niece and nephews. The thought of Karim being still a baby scared the living crap out of her. She was getting more used to Destiny and Ahmir, but they were almost three years old. They could walk and talk and tell her what was wrong.

She all but had a panic attack every time Kaia would make her hold Karim. She told her it was good practice. She also made her change his nappies as well and the twins would giggle at her when she would make faces when Karim would poop.

Katia watched Zayn and Kaia a lot when she was over as well. She couldn't help but notice how affectionate they were with each other. Always kissing, touching and holding each other and Zayn was always whispering things into her sister's ear. She watched how Kaia would smile. They were so very in tune with each other. It made her happy that they seemed to have found each other and their rhythm again and she couldn't help but smile. That was what she wanted with Liam. They had been spending a lot of time together lately themselves. Dinners out or sometimes just ordering takeaways and watching movies. They were also both learning how to cook but they both were terrible at so most times it was takeaways.

He had also taken her to properly meet his family. They were shocked at first because they all thought she was Kaia and it took some explaining to them to assure them that she wasn't. Liam gave them a cookie cutter version of how they met and how Kaia discovered she had a sister. He didn't feel they needed to know every single detail. Some things were better left unsaid.

Kaia had been missing Marian a lot. But the texts she got from her were happy and upbeat with all of the things and places she and Harry were doing on their honeymoon. She told Kaia that he was considering extending it and having them go to Europe to do some more train traveling. Kaia asked her about them going to Morocco with them to which Marian politely declined. Kaia understood, but it still hurt.

A few weeks later, Kaia was up early and showered and dressed. She put on skinny jeans, a T-shirt, and heeled black boots. She got Karim up and fed him and packed his diaper bag. She carried him into the kitchen and placed him on his little table top bouncer and started breakfast for Zayn and the twins. She turned when she heard his footsteps behind her.

"You know I don't think Karim is old enough to be separated from his mother." Zayn said going to pour himself some coffee.

"I actually was planning on taking him with me," she said as she got him a coffee cup and handed it to him. "If you're okay with that," she said and let her hand rest on his lower back as he poured himself a cup of coffee.

"There is a difference between what I am okay with and what I am comfortable with," he explained drinking down his coffee. "I think I will feel better if my son is around keeping on eye on the situation."

She took a hold of his arm and made him look at her. "Baby," she said gently. "Nothing is going to happen. I promise."

"I trust you, darling." He stated drinking his coffee and thinking about going back to the gym for another round in the ring with Liam.

She smiled at him. "That means a lot to me," she said. "So what are you and the twins going to do today?" She asked as she went back to making breakfast.

"Dress in drag and do the hula," he smirked. "I don't know yet, I will see what my little cherubs want to do."

She rolled her eyes at him. "Malik, you're crazy," she said and set his plate down in front of him at the table. She leaned down and kissed him, letting her lips linger. "I love you," she whispered against his lips.

"I love you more," he whispered back.

She slowly lifted her head from his when she heard a horn. She kissed him again. "Please don't worry," she said.
