Harry watched as they wheeled Marian into one of the rooms in emergency rooms.  His heart was continuing to break.  When he saw her lying on the bed, blood running down her arms, he thought she was dead.

"Mr. Styles."

He turned when he heard someone say him say his name.  He saw one of the doctors standing there with a clipboard.

"I need to talk to you about your wife."

"Of course," he said.  "How is she?"

"Let's go into this room so we can talk in private."

Harry nodded and followed him, shutting the door behind them.

"Please have a seat."

"I'd rather stand," Harry said.

The doctor raised his eyebrows, but continued on. "Your wife has suffered a significant amount of blood loss from her...."

"Attempted suicide." Harry finished.

"Yes," he said.  "I need to ask you some questions.  Has she been mentally unstable at any time in her life?"

"Not until the last few months.  She lost her child."

"I'm terribly sorry for your loss Mr. Styles," the doctor said.

Harry didn't bother to correct him.

"And she was also diagnosed with ovarian cancer," he said.  "So needless to say, her state of mind has been compromised lately."

"Her wounds are very deep and will take a long time to heal.  I would like to have her admitted for an extensive period of time so that we can get her some help.  I feel that this was a desperate cry for help."

Harry rubbed his temples as his head was pounding.  "I know," he said quietly.  He looked back at the doctor.  "I want her to have the best.  The best doctors, the best counselors, the best of everything.  I want her in a private room on a private wing."

"Mr. Styles, we....we don't have private wings."

"Then I will pay for her to have a private wing," he said sternly.  "I don't want her to have to worry about anyone else popping their head into her room to just say hi.  I want.....I just...I just want her to get the help she needs and I want her to get better."

"Of course Mr. Styles.  We'll sedate her for a few days so that her body can begin to heal from her..from her wounds.  As well as get her regiment and medical history so that we can find out where she stands with her cancer."

"I will be giving you a list of people that will be allowed to see her.  It will be a very small list and I will have my own security detail on duty 24/7.  Do I make myself clear?"

The doctor nodded.  "Of course.  It will just take me a few minutes to set up the room.  You can sit with her if you like."

Harry watched the doctor walked out of the room.  He pulled out his phone and called management and arranged for them to have round the clock security sent to the hospital.  He texted his mum and sister and gave them a brief message about what had happened and that he would call them soon.  He looked around the room and found a piece of paper and a pen and made the list of visitors Marian would be allowed to have.  And like he told the doctor, it would be a very small list.  His parents, his sister, Simon, Zayn and Kaia.  Her parents if they decided to come back to England. He would have his mum call them after he talked to her. He wasn't in any mood to talk to his still in-laws. He would decide later if he wanted Niall and Liam to see her.  He even considered putting Louis on the list, but he knew somehow, deep down, that it would be a very long time before they saw him, if ever again.  He put his phone in his pocket and headed to where Marian was.  He slowly opened the door and saw her lying in the bed.  Her color pale.  Her wrists bandaged, and she was getting a blood transfusion.  He pulled up a chair next to her bed and took a hold of her hand.
