"Come on," he said and held out his arm to her. "I've got our favorite," he said with a grin.

She nodded and took a hold of his arm and they found a table in a quiet dark corner. They sat down and he opened the bottle and poured them each a glass. She picked it up and downed it quickly. He didn't say anything and refilled it and watched as she didn't hesitate in drinking it down. She waved him to pour another one.

"Kaia what's going on?" He asked as he did pour her another and drank down his first one.

She again nervously looked around to see if anyone could hear them, but was glad to see that they were literally alone.  Everyone else was still off in the suite and rooftop having a good time and celebrating the New Year.

"Have you ever had any regret about something you did but you just wanted to be selfish just once?" She asked and then almost forgot who she was talking to. She couldn't help but give him a small smile. "Never mind I already know the answer." She slowly sipped her drink.

He leaned closer to her. "What happened?" He asked.

"I did something and I....." She looked at him as her eyes welled with tears.

Louis became very worried and moved closer. He reached out and took a hold of her hand. "Kaia whatever it is, please know you can trust me to help you."

"You have to swear you'll never tell Marian or Zayn," she said gripping his hand with both of hers.  "Ever!"

"I won't," he said and then began to have a sinking feeling.

"Louis I mean it, you have to swear to me you won't say anything!"

He was stunned by her actions. "Kaia I swear."

She looked at him and then swallowed the huge lump in her throat. "I....I was in the bathroom....."

Louis couldn't help but grin. "Everyone has to go sometime," he joked. But his smile fell when he saw she wasn't.

"I wasn't alone." She admitted and then bit her bottom lip to nearly the point of bleeding. "And I wasn't with Zayn." She whispered.

He looked at her and then began to put two and two together. He glanced around the room and saw Liam on the other side of the bar nursing his drink. He tried to stand up because Liam had promised him he would never do anything.

"Lou, don't please," she begged him and he stayed sitting down.

"What happened?" He asked. "Did he force you? Did you and he make...."

"No, he would never do that," she said shaking her head in embarrassment and shame and poured them another drink. "It didn't go that far. I wouldn't let it. I couldn't."

"How do you feel?" He asked, still stunned by her words.  He had to be honest with himself and thought that she would never do anything like that to Zayn.  He thought what happened in the garden was bad enough, but as he had come to know Kaia, he knew she always put everything into whatever she did.

"I hate myself," she said. "I betrayed my husband. The love of my life and at the same time I was selfish for once in my life," she continued on and her tears began to fall. "Now I know what Marian was feeling and I'm so sorry to have ever judged either of you."

"You judged her very harshly Kaia," he said looking at her.  "You made her feel worthless and now you're admitting to me that you did practically the same thing?"  He said very harshly.  He didn't mean to be, but he was still angry with her over how she had treated her best friend when everything had happened.  Not fully supporting her during a very difficult time.  He sighed heavily as he watched her continue to fall apart in front of him.  He had honestly never seen her like this. "How come you didn't walk away?"
