Chapter 87- No Me Diga

The entire cast except Addie and Anthony sit at a round table sipping coffee outside a cafe.

Lin's head perked up from its slumped position.

"Do you hear that?"

Everyone fell silent.

I heard distant yelling. It sounded kinda like...

Shit.

"Well I was screwing you too but you didn't seem to have a problem with that!"

Addie had Anthony pinned up against the far wall of the theater.

Lin took a protective step forward. I grabbed his arm and shook my head.

I stare at Addie as she turns around.

"No mé diga."Darren grabs my arm and tries to pull me away but I loosen his grip.

I feel disappointed. I can't even stand it. Addie and Anthony both cheating on Daveed? How does that even work?!

"I guess that ring was just for decoration." I say through gritted teeth.

"Charlotte come on." Darren grabs my arm again.

As Everyone walks away I'm left alone with Addie and Anthony.

"Char I swear it's not like it sounds." She holds out an arm to me.

I take her arm and push it away from me.

"I think it's exactly how it sounds."

I storm off, leaving Addie in the dust.

I even sang a song for you.

I pace my room.

How does this happen?

Anthony isn't the cheating type, and neither is Addie. What the hell happened?

"Would you stop?" Darren massages his temples lightly.

"Stop what?"

He looks at my feet.

"The pacing Charlotte."

I turn on my heels to face him.

"It's not my fault."

I slouch onto the couch and put a pillow over my face.

I scream into it.

Say No to This plays alerting me that Addie is calling. I pick up my phone and throw it across the room.

"What are you so angry about Charlotte? I know I'm confused but I don't know why you're mad."

I stand up.

"I wish I was mad."

I start to walk out, when he grabs my arm and pulls me back.

"I'm just too late."
