Cas couldn't help but think about what Sam had written on and put in his locker. Every time he thought about it, he would get a big smile on his face.
He wiped the grin off of his face and raised his hand. When the teacher noticed him, he asked to go to the restroom, and left when he said yes.
He headed to where the lockers were and went to his. He took out a sharpie, smiled at the note, then went to Sam's locker. He looked around and made sure no one was there before he started to write on Sam's locker.

He put away the sharpie and walked back to class, a small grin on his face. He was being honest, he did still love Sam and would probably always would.
