Cas was stuck in the hospital for a few more days after he woke up. They did a couple of more tests on him, (for what, he doesn't know), and helped him get his health back together. They still told him to take a few more days off from school though, and he gladly did. Sam had wanted to stay home and help take care of him, but Cas forced him to go to school.

One afternoon, Cas was laying on the sofa in their living room, watching tv, when the doorbell rang. He was about to answer it, when he heard his father say he had it. He sighed softly and shifted a little, turning to lay on his back. He listened as his dad opened the door.

"Hello, Sam."

"Hey Mr. Novak."

Cas grinned for a quick second, then closed his eyes, pretending to be a sleep. Sam would always show up after school and would stay with Cas at night. He was being true to his promise and was helping him.

"Would you like something to eat? Or drink?"

"No sir. Thank you though."

"Of course. Cas' is in the living room."

"Alright."

He listened as his dad's footsteps faded away and Sam's came into the living room. His steps got quiet though and there was a quiet thud on the floor. After a few seconds of silence, he felt a pair of lips press against his own.

He started to smirk as he grabbed Sam and flipped him on top of him on the couch. Sam let out a muffled, "Mhm!" As he rolled on top of Cas, legs on either side of him. He started to smile as he got to his knees. He put his arm under Cas' head and the other hand cupped his cheek. Cas held on to Sam's shoulder with one hand and the other one went into his hair. Neither of them broke the kiss.

They stayed like that, kissing, until someone cleared their throat. They pulled away from each other and turned their heads, face flushed and panting slightly.

Michael rolled his eyes at the two. "Quit sucking each other's faces off on the couch. Go upstairs and do that."

Cas grinned slightly and wrapped his arms and legs around Sam. "Let's go to my room," he whispered, holding on to him.

Sam smiled and got up, holding Cas. With one hand, he picked up his booksack, and held Cas with the other. He went up the stairs and to Cas' room. He opened the door, walked in, and closed it. He went to his bed and dropped Cas on it, making him giggle, and dropped his booksack on the floor.

Cas reached up and pulled Sam down on top of him, kissing him again. Hewrapped his arms around Sam's neck and held him tightly as they kiss.

After a couple of minutes, Sam pulled away and raised Cas' shirt, not pulling it off, just lifting it, and revealed his stomach and neck. He licked his lips as he moved Cas' necklace, then attached his lips to his neck.

Cas moaned very quietly. He let go of Sam and raised his arms, letting them rest above his head. He closed his eyes and moaned again.

Sam left hickey after hickey on Cas' body. They were all in a line, not straight at all (like them). He placed a small one on his hips and pulled away, looking down at him.

The hickeys had formed rather quickly and Sam smiled a little at the sight of them. He reached into his pocket and took out his phone, snapping a quick picture.

Sam grinned and put away his phone. He pulled down Cas' shirt as he opened his eyes again.

"Mm...lay down with me?" Cas asked, moving over to make room.

Sam kissed his lips softly and laid beside him. Cas curled up in his side and together, they spent the after noon cuddled together and sleeping.
