Love sucks- but so does hate and I haven't ranted on that.

This will be a double update!
No this is not a late April Fools prank.

....although I should totally do that XD

This first chapter is a try two on my love rant because I think I have confused people on where I stand. Because it's not that I hate it– I'm just tired of finding a really good mystery or sci-fi book, and then five chapters in it turns out to be a story for romance.

SO! With that being said, you– the always amazing readers– may skip this chapter if you are tired with this rant.

And if you stuck around..........GOOD LUCK!!

It's not that I hate love. It's not that at all. I don't mind reading chapters where the characters are kissing in the rain or when their hands barely brush and they feel that spark.

I don't necessarily dislike romance.

What I hate is coming across a book that has me hooked for that first chapter for something like the revolution of anarchy or the twists of burning hell, and then after the first few parts it turns out to be a love story.

I get it. It's fanfiction. Most of it has things like romance. And that's not a problem.
It's a problem when the romance gets a little too big for it's britches. And that sounded really southern, but we're gonna go with it.

That's it. This rant was relatively short– and I absolutely positively promise that it won't be appearing again for a very, very long.

But while I'm here, I have a funny story to tell you guys. See, my friends and I all write stories. And sometimes we challenge each other to do things with our writing.
One of my friends ( We'll call him Micheal (it's not even relatively close to his real name)) is a total sucker for romance. To add onto that, he's actually kinda domestic for a guy. Thinking about him got me thinking how feminine some guys have gotten (no offense to any guy readers).

So then I start talking to Micheal and one of my writer friends about it. My writer friend (We'll call her Mia) challenges me to turn this newfound thought into an actual stereotype.

And thus, the Straight Gay Guy was born.

That actually wasn't funny at all. But either way! The Straight Gay Guy is now a thing and I am expecting it to be a new stereotype.

And then control the world.

But that seems a little impossible at the moment, so we'll just stick with the stereotype.
